• Frustrated by 'User manual': hide information

  Hey everybody...

  It's maybe just me... but I am so frustrated with trying to find the right/up-info date how to use Adobe Ps and other products.

  For example... I've been trying to learn more about the vector mask and so I go to the "manual" and type in the vector mask... well, during playback, I fall on this dialog box that was supposed to explain the icons in the palette mask...

  

  See how there are 3 icons at the top right? Well, notice the difference on Cs6 below where the red arrow points...

  

  ARG! I mean, of course... I may be more tired and a little more irritated than usual but gosh darn... How am I suppose to learn this stuff when Adobe can not even worth to update their 'user manual '?

  Could someone please direct me to a site or a link where I can find good Cs6 'how to' information? I would be VERY happy to your time and assistance.

  If you have ToolTips turned on in your preferences, you can hover over the icons in the new dialog box for a description.

  YouTube has some training videos on the vector masks in CS6. This link should give you a few options.

  In the end, it is better to google information. Others have had the same problems and should have good answers here. If you need something more thorough, lynda.com has excellent and up-to-date training in CS6.

Also, I think the issue I've had check-in was because of this message "the script is not responding" I got while trying to archive - I can hit the "stop script" without understanding it as TB which is ask the question, so perhaps that it was a human error after all.

  When you try to download the user manual for a Tecra A50-A-151, model No. PT644E, I offer three choices.

  How can there be three?

  Although they have posting dates different all three appear to be the same and labelled 'first edition August 2013', even if they have different file names.

  Who is the right one and how do I know which figure in the 'Grand Tour' is supposed to be an A50 - A and nothing else? (I do not have an A50 - in front of me.)

  To find the user s manual of this unit will be not easy. As far as I know it is unit very old (around 1993) and now s manuals was delivered as a book. It is very good that you wrote your email address. Maybe someone has scanned and send you as a file.

  Hello, I tried to download the manual for the Portege 300 (I have a 300CT) but I download the zip file and unzip it.
  There is an exe file in the unzipped folder and when I double click on it a dos window appears and then goes and that's it.
