Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Don't you see the VT folder in the folder C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 7 x 64?
If so, you must erase the preferences, then try again. See point 8 here.

If you don't see the folder, something went wrong during installation of Neospeech. You must install it again.

I bought creative photography cloud and I managed to install Lightroom, but I am unable to install Photoshop (which must be included in the package) - the problem is that in the creative menu cloud soft PS is always the trial version (which ends in 3 days) and the only option is to click on the 'buy now '. How can I download the full version of PS cc?
Please try the following steps to resolve this problem:
- Rename the folder SLCache in SLCacheold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
2. Rename SLStore file toSLStoreold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder
Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Later, please try: connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

Please, I need help. Recently, I bought creative photography Cloud plan Student and Teacher Edition (one year) online from the website of adobe because my Photoshop trial has ended. I bought Adobe Creative Cloud (student), but Adobe Application Manager says "trial has expired", I tried restarting and disconnection / connection and the message is still there. I have a Macbook pro of the retina 2015, Mac OSX Yosemite. I bought the pack today. the applications run, but it's confusing, the trial message remains displayed in the Adobe Application Manager.
