  Recently, I have owned BlackBerry z10 and have the latest firmware upgrade version: 10.2.1.2102 updated.

  I am Using Wi - fi Connection to connect the app on my phone, but since I started to use BlackBerry z10 he constantly sinks in connection with home wifi router in addition it also disables wifi radio so that even make any another device branch ed on this router disconnected to the router. Solution is to this problem is that I have to restart my router every time.

  I tried to change due to changes in my router:

  Try a reboot first. Hold your power button for about 15 seconds, until you see BlackBerry on your screen. Don't release it before despite what may appear on your screen.

  I got a Z10 now and during the installation I noticed that if I clicked on the "contacts" or "text messages'icons are not." I thought when I transferred all the data from my old divide that would correct itself, but it does not.

  None of my contacts or forwarded messages, and I Redid the transfer twice. My call log was transferred, but all entries are number only, no names. And I can't seem to be able to add these numbers to my contacts. I can't even enter the contacts and enter all my previous Info manually.

  I have no hub blackberry either and I asked the people who are in the same room to send me messages but I don't get them. I tried to reboot the device several times but nothing moves. I seem to be able to BBM surveys send, but not receive them.

  Seems that the only thing I can do is to make and receive calls and use the internet browser.

  Can any ideas on how I fix? I will go back to the store I had the phone of the future, but really looking for some information at this time if possible.

  I think that BB link updated the software in March 2015.  I had been very good sync with my laptop Windows 8 with the Outlook calendar and contacts, but this week it stopped.  BB link watch Z0 connected, but says cannot communicate with the device.  I tried the solution of knowledge base - leave plugged phone with a USB cable, power phone off, then back on donkey wait 3-5 minutes for the pilots to complete loading - but none help.  I rebooted the computer and the Z10 several times, but no luck with the synchronization.  Any help is appreciated!

  Try the following steps, which will completely remove all traces of BlackBerry-link device driver entries and may solve your problem:

  1. Uninstall the BlackBerry link.

  Hi, I recently bought a new Blackberry Z10 camera. I started setting up. I wanted to create a Blackberry user ID if I entered an email address that I use frequently. I got an error message stating that the e-mail address is already in use. I thought that I never used a Blackberry ID/product/service forward. I couldn't understand why this email address was used, then after you have re-entered it a few times I decided to try using another email address that I use as often. I put the BBID using another email address, however I have not confirmed it yet. A few hours later, I realized why Blackberry gave me an error message on the first email address, I tried to use. On two or three years I created BBM on my Iphone with a Blackberry ID for text messaging. I used a couple of times and didn't use it thereafter. The next day I went in my email account to see the email confirmation for the BBID I put in place a few days ago. Rather than confirm the BBID, I saw an option: If you did not create or do not recognize this account, remove this BlackBerry ID. Which is what I did. I deleted it. Because I didn't use this BBID. Then I tried to connect the Z10 with the BBID, I created three years ago (before logon on the phone I have to reset my password on the site Web of Blackberry). I could not log in with the old BBID, I created while all the information is correct (I can log on to the Web from Blackberry site, see my profile and settings). The phone tell me the username and password is wrong when I click on the button check that it is just for the opening session with my information screen. The problem is that the phone keeps the profile settings and e-mail address since when I put in place a few days ago and I can't get rid of it, because it is associated with the phone. I read on the forum somewhere, that, in order to get rid of a BBID who is on the phone, I would need to do a reset and community support of Blackberry. Not sure if this is true.   Do you mean that you have installed the beta on our device?  Let's be clear, the BlackBerry does not have beta versions of developer to the user.  You have installed.

  Here to find the solution for my beloved BlackBerry Z10 STL100-3

  One day, precisely 26 May 2016 my Z10 battery Blackberry went below 5% or something, I rushed to connect it to the charger but before doing so; It is just off.   Z10 was connected to the wall charger and all the tips/advice you mentioned have been tried. He could not start device.

  Before trying the ADF, to check if battery is dead or defective; I kept it in my brother Z10. The battery was load and after a while, he turn the unit on its own.

  However, the pile of work of Z10 my brother could not initialize my camera. I guessed corrupted software connection or the battery could be a problem.

  I carefully observed battery connection ports, specifically the part that establishes the conncetion of metal tabs of the battery with the unit (given in the image http://www.gsmzone.co.uk/Blackberry-8900-Z10-Battery-Connector).

  I found one of the metal connector stuck / out partially / fits loosely / spring-movement irregulars / and is not able to communicate perfectly with the metal strips of the battery.

  I tried to solve this problem by manually removing the metal connector. After several test, I managed to do it.

  I put my battery in my Z10, he acknowledged, and red LED flashed, name BlackBerry flashed, Blakberry OS Reload icon flashed-has increased 100%, Blackberry 10 name flashed and Z10 began. Device came to operational status.

  Current operating system version is 10.3.2.2836.

  No SIM or media inserted in it.
