Z10 tag thing boring blackBerry!

Why is there not a setting to remove the 2 contact tags that appear when I compose an email? They are just below the box to type an e-mail address and look at price tags. I understand that they are the most frequently used 2 but why no way to delete. That's all just annoying.

No idea why there is no way to get rid of them. I know they are always there.

How stop my Z10 to make calls, take pictures or when I inadvertently screen button when put it in my Pocket until the apps opening screen hold comes into force?

The simple answer would be to press your power immediately button when you have finished your phone. This will put your phone to sleep, and then you can put it in your pocket.

If you slide down on your home screen and follow the settings > display > drag to Wake and turn it off, you have to press your power button to wake the phone. touching or dragging the screen won't do anything. This will ensure that your phone doesn't dial pocket or take photos while it is in your pocket. Maybe it's a good solution for you, but you can also consider making a case for your phone.

    See you soon.

  • Z10 Z10 Contact with BBM blackBerry problem

I recently updated my Z10 via BB link to the version of the 10.2.0.424 software and since then something strange happens with my contacts. I search for a name using the APP contact and dial the number of the office. After the call, the contact name is always displayed in my contacts list, but when I open the contacts to view the details, the name has been replaced with a BBM PIN code #. The PIN is also appearing in the list of calls instead of the name. The name is still in the list of contacts. Here's the weird thing in a case the BBM PIN # is for the BlackBerry phone staff people and not used for his work (the number in which I called him) he does not use his personal phone for business or work email. How did you personally BB PIN # end up on my phone?

  • Hide virtual keyboard BB Z10 10.3.1 blackBerry broken on Z10

In many applications, the virtual keyboard covers areas and or dialog boxes and will not hide even when you tap outside the entrance area (or scan 2 fingers downwards).

The best way to replicate that uses the password keeper app, on the screen initial keyboard covers the 'OK' button and will not hide when it elsewhere.  This makes using it very boring.

Can someone try this and tell me if the keyboard covers the OK button in the guardian of password on the login screen original and will not hide?

    Thank you.

PS you can switch to digital to discover keyboard because there only 3 lines.

Update: I was able to hide the keyboard using the hold of the SPACEBAR for 2 sec.

I don't remember the keyboard in 10.2.1 covering dialog boxes?

PS one thing I really like is the automatic prompt to delete messages in the Hub after their reading

  • BlackBerry Z10 can not activate Blackberry Z10 with new BES 10 v6.2.0.36

I installed a BES10 with the keys of the trial which gives me 60 days and 20 licenses to test the BES 10 features and peripheral Z10 before us which.

Environment: Windows Server 2012. Exchange 2010.

Everything on the Server BES looks very good. Created an email profile, an e-mail affected with me as a user profile. SRP has a connected state. Device is with T-Mobile and BES service on the SIM card (3G not 4 G, incidentally). When I try activation it is said to prepare the aircraft, then it says contact server, then after about 15 seconds it comes back with an error.

"The server could not be contacted. Check that you are connected to a network and that the address of the server is correct, and then try again.

I took the SIM tried with our WLAN and I still get the same error.

Did I miss something in the configuration of the server or device? Advice or assistance appreciated!

    See you soon

OK, you can check if all BB services running on the Server BES 10 (especially the "Blackberry Enterprise Management Web Service')?

Also check if you can see what a BES related errors or warnings in the event of the BES10 server log.

  • BlackBerry Z10 switch to a BlackBerry Z10.

    Hello

My name is SamNed and I am currently a 5s iphone owner and I use BlackBerry Messenger on it... I plan to get the Z10 next week and I was wondering if I could use the same ID of blackberry that I use on my Iphone on the Z10 or I would get a new ID BlacBerry. I ask this because I have important contacts and would not lose any of them.

Your BlackBerry ID is associated with the PIN code of your phone. If you are connected to a PIN, then connect to another, you will be asked if you want to associate the new PIN to your BB ID. If you say yes, automatically switch all your contacts and your new PIN code appears on your BBM profile in your contact lists.

    I hope that helps you.

  • Belt polar Z10 H7 HR BT blackBerry

H7 works perfectly with a mini ipad and the Polar Beat app, on my Z10 it is paired and connects using Sportrate and CascaRun but bpm is displayed. After updating to OS 10.3.0.1025 there has been improvement connection (no longer need to restart before you change the apps) but still not shown pulse. Any ideas?.

There is a problem with the bluetooth Blackberry API, through "Snap", I installed the Android app "WHEAT cardiofrequence-meter" which works OK (cannot access cards etc due to the recording of the payment). If I start 'WHEAT', to connect with the H7, minimize, and then start a native BB app "Sportrate" or "CascaRun", connect the H7, the BB apps work perfectly.

  • Pictures of the blackBerry Z10 move without using Blackberry link?

Blackberry connection will not be installed correctly on my Sony Vaio. I have tried many, many variations, and I can't seem to install correctly. Therefore, I can't synchronize my Z10.

I got 120 pictures of a recent sports event that I need to share with other parents. I can transfer one at a time to my PC using Bluetooth, but cannot handle a mass transfer. I could, I suppose, email that all, but it's a mountain of irritation.

    Help?

Is there another way to shoot these photos of my Z10 for my Vaio? Or if someone found another fix for the problem of the link to Blackberry?

Nope. Z10 appears on the network but PC (also wireless) cannot access. It has access to the printer on the network then it seems that everything works fine.

    Use DropBox.

And will call Bell to see if they have any ideas.

your PC is possible on local network and phone on wifi and WiFi router does not allow traffic between the two?

or better yet get a box account synchronization between the two, you get 10 GB of free storage which configuration via your phone BB10.

  • Z10 Do sim-free blackBerry phones sold through Blackberry remain unlocked?

Hi, I hope this isn't a stupid question.

I am after a Z10 Blackberry and want to use it overseas. I want to put a local sim card, while I'm abroad and then return a UK sim on my return. If I buy the sim-free Blackberry handset, that be possible? I can't find anything definitive anywhere and just want to know before you go ahead and spend the money. I have read that sometimes free SIM phones will be locked to the first network they serve, who obviously don't meet my needs at all.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated, thank you!

Yes, those sold by shopblackberry.com are sold unlocked.

    That won't happen.

  • Z10 number call log blackBerry unknown?

Hello. Can someone please help, when I click on the phone on the z10 that shows you all your logs there unknown number right at the top and below there my BlackBerry. I want to change that on my number but I do not know how? Display my phone number is already checked, which is for when you call people. Someone else has had this problem and fixed it? I've seen people say that you need to change it on the SIM but how do you still find your SIM on the z10?

    Hi BB10User,

    Welcome to the support community!

You should be able to locate your SIM card settings by using the search feature. Once there, you should have the ability to change the phone number. If this does not help, I suggest contacting your mobile phone provider so that this feature is enabled in the BlackBerry smartphone pulls the phone number of the SIM card. If the information is not met on the SIM card, the number appears as unknown.

Let me know if this helps.

  • BlackBerry Z10 Native E-Mail BlackBerry 10

    Hello

I am a current OS 7.1 Torch 9860 user. I think the upgrade to BB10 in the coming months.

At least with blackberries inherited, we can't use native email without a data plan.

Considering that the BB10 devices don't use bis (BlackBerry Internet Service), is it possible to use native e-mail on BB10 without a data plan?

    Thank you

    gajariam

    Yes, WiFi only.

You need a map of generic data on your account for mobile data, not connected to WiFi.

  • Z10 Z10 stuck on logo Blackberry BlackBerry

    Nice day

My phone showed that he needed a charge, when I plug the thicket he here showed me where the battery is a red signal with an exclamation point.  So I plug on and when I tried to enter my files it didn't helped me, and then I went from my blackberry and went out of the battery.  Now the phone is stuck on the Blackberry logo.

Connect your phone to the wall charger (not a USB or in car but a wall charger) and leave it for an hour. After an hour, remove the battery while the phone is still plugged into the wall. Wait a few seconds, then put the battery back. Wait an hour more and see how much autonomy you then. If it shows that he is in charge, you should be good. If it still shows red battery with exclamation point, once more to remove the battery for a minute with the phone on and then replace the battery and wait. Only, you should have to do this once cycle to get the battery to begin to show a charge.

Let us know if that helps you.

I think I knew the best way is to "drop" the messages in the trash. That seems to work...
