Original title: laptop updated to Vista for Wondows 7 Pro but now redisplay OEM Vista license
Daughter-in-law's laptop computer has been upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 Pro on November 20, 2010. MS Office 10 added on
08/12/2012. Windows 7 Pro works fine until that somewhere around April 2013. It becomes error 0xC004E003
License not valid. On the laptop product ID is now show only original OEM of Vista license. I have the product key for the two Vista and
his OS of Windows 7 Pro. Do not know how to proceed.

Since then we still get a message saying that it is not a genuine copy of windows 7, but when I go to activate using the product key (also tried to change the product key), I get an error 0xC004E003. I haveread some of the son but I don't know if mine is the same problem. I copied information on diagnosis and hope that there is someone out there who can help me. My son plays on Roblox games and it has stopped working, it may have nothing to do with it, but it has only stopped working since the debacle of windows 10 and now he drives me crazy.

So Lenovo think that my hard drive was not on my G500. They send me a hard drive and 4 Lenovo recovery disks. I install everything correctly and I get an error of activation of Windows.
