  When you say "synchronization for podcast is on", have you done the following...?  Select the iPod in iTunes (click on its button on the device on the horizontal bar) to show its settings screen in the iTunes window.  The side left (in the sidebar), under settings, click Podcasts.  Right, Podcasts from iPod settings screen.  If the checkbox for synchronize Podcasts is not checked, check it.  Activates the automatic synchronization of podcasts.  Set up this form as you wish, to tell how to synchronize episodes of the podcast to iTunes and click apply.

  If sync Podcasts has been already verified, describe how you have the rest of the screen of the iPod Podcasts settings put in place (or include a screenshot of it).

  I know this is asked very often - but looking at responses I'm not sure of the exact situation that I am.

  The situation:

  A library itune on windows 10, itune version 12.4.1.6 - all iphones are 6 or 6plus on the latest ios created with a camera that was on Apple ID "A".

  1 iPhone (6) with the apple ID has been used to create and synchronize with this itune library. It still works.

  IPhone 2 (a 6 +) started with the apple A ID and I remember well sync was working (but I'm not sure)

  Then 2 Iphone replaced by apple ID B appelid

  There's a family shares Apple ID B ID apple has.

  now when you try to sync, itunes considers the iphone 2 was not synchronized to the library on the computer and ask to erase everything. It's my wifes iphone, so I don't want to compromise my weding on itune behavior

  My questions:

  1 / How can I be sure of the origin of "synchronize with the new library" iphone2 plugged. And this might be impossible - but in case an investigation is possible I am ready to dig it.

  2 / then what would be the best approach to get "iphone2/appleid 2" sync with this library providing I lack nothing that could have been purchased on ' iphone 2' or the recovery of as magically the lost link (Finally I can always dream, but who knows before you ask...) "."

• Syncing iTunes between Apple devices without iCloud

  I want to synchronize my iTunes between my Mac and my Macbook Air library.  I tried to connect via a cable Thunderbolt, but the icon does not appear in iTunes.  I believe to sync iTunes via iCloud, you pay a monthly subscription.  Is this correct?  Is the only way to do this via a USB port to a USB cable between the two devices?

  I use an old computer, but I don't think that file sharing can be done simply with USB or Tuunderbolt.  It can be done by using file sharing which is set up in system preferences.  Yet, I don't know that it is the ultimate solution for your desired result, particularly if you want to "sync" to your library. For iTunes on computers, there is not this function as another "synchronization" by ensuring that you have personally copied all the files from one to the other so that they are identical on both computers, or by using a common repository and only run iTunes on one computer at a time.  There are too many possibilities to list them all here, so it would be useful to have the exact details of you what you want to do (not that we can guarantee it won't be possible).  Oh, Yes, the official solution from Apple would use iCloud. Even in this case, it is not perfect sync as far as computers are concerned.  Corresponding has an annual subscription.

  You can either buy a download for Apple OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion code online, or you can try to install the free El Capitan OSX 10.11.  El Capitan can run slower on older machines and require the additional purchase of RAM.  Making a big jump in versions of system is also more likely to affect the old software.

• BlackBerry Smartphone Sync Itunes - Blackberry Tour and Mac

  I try to sync my itunes with my new Blackberry Tour using Pocket Mac.  About 450 of 650 songs download for the Blackberry, but the other 200 will not sync to the Blackberry for some reason any, even if they appear in the part of sync itunes on Mac pocket.

  I have plenty of room on the card to support, so I know this isn't the problem.  Anyone have any ideas?

  Also, it takes a long time for my schedule of synchronization, although it does correctly.  Anyone know why it takes so long?

  I just bought the Tour this weekend and had similar questions and I syncing with my iMac... BlackBerry, I called and they told me that my itunes protected songs will not play on the BB...  In addition, my contacts and calendars take a long time to synchronize...  BB tells me not to synchronize bookmarks and this would at the same time...

  Hello, everyone.

  I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. In Windows 7 I could set up my Clip + automatically synchronize my iTunes podcasts when I plugged the Clip +. I did it via Control Panel | Material and audio | View devices and printers.

  Anyone working on a way to have a Clip + synchronize automatically whenever one connects the Clip + to Windows 10 computer via the USB cord?

  I can always find Panel | Material and audio | View hidden devices and printers. But I can't find a way to do the sync to behave as it did before (so far).

  I can also find Windows Media Player. But I can't do it (so far) find a way to do auto-sync. In particular, it does not appear to remember the folders to synchronize.

  WMP usually communicates with the Sansa through MTP mode.  If parameters system/settings/USB Mode is automatic and the Sansa is WMP (10 or higher) on your computer, it goes in MTP mode.

  Sync Toy probably wants mode MSC, the standard USB connection, see the Sansa as two flash drives.

  You can change the modes in Settings/System Settings/USB Mode. But your computer will see a mode at the same time - that is to say, all of the files you sent by MTP mode will be invisible on your computer if you switch to MSC.

  It's a pain to make the transition, but if Sync Toy turns out to work better for you, you'd better get all the files you need copied off the Sansa, mode MSC and Syncing over to hide.  I think - but you should googled around - you can always use WMP in MSC mode.

  Make sure you download the correct version - 32 bit or 64 bit.

  You may not use WMP to sync with an iPod, iPad, iPhone, iTouch, etc, unless you install 3rd-party softwhere as a plug-in for WMP. Try MGTEK its around 20USD flawless but work under W7 (for me).

• 12.5.1 Broke iPhone Sync iTunes

  I've updated to iTunes 12.5.1 today and now I can't sync/update one of my iPhone devices (6s / 5 s/5 c).  When I connect my iPhone to my Windows 10 office via a USB cable, iTunes does not even recognize the device is connected even you I can browse my photos and my files via Windows Explorer. I have not updated any of my devices to the iOS 10 version.  Not sure I want to now.

  What do you mean "iTunes sync in my Mac?"  You say that you no longer use the library in your computer (iTunes' incidentally is the only application), what is there to sync (and once again 'sync' has a very specific meaning of transferring the elements to and from a mobile device)?

  Since the upgrade to iTunes for Mac 12.4.1.6, my Podcasts is no longer up-to-date. I'm set to update every hour, download on.  Nothing happens I click Refresh, nothing.  I watch feed, new ones I know exist do not appear here.  I use this MBP/iTunes for Podcasts since the beginnings of Mavericks without this problem.  I need to download podcasts on my phone and then complete iTunes since the phone via a synchronization.

  Does anyone else know this?

• How can I sync iTunes without losing the music

  I'm sorry to post a question too incredibly basic, but I want to check that I erase all the music that I recently and laboriously copied from disk to iTunes.

  I have not synced with my iPod Classic for almost a year - in fact, I don't think I ever it synchronized with this computer. But I had a bad experience in the past where, instead of copying music from my computer to iPod, iTunes copied the (much less) of songs from the iPod to the computer and erased everything. Not a happy event.

  What would be my settings to make sure that when I sync the music will copy only - in a way the computer to iPod?

  If it is contained on the device that is not in your library see recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device. Back up your library with Time Machine, or tools such as Carbon Copy Cloner or Synkron which can maintain two copies of a folder synchronized with each other. If you start by restoring the device that anything on this subject will be wiped, otherwise if there are purchases made on your account and that are not in your library, they must be copied into it. If there are other accounts that your computer is not authorized then purchases you will be prompted. Otherwise, you can select which can be synched to the device and it will be updated. Your library will not be affected bar any transfer purchases. If something goes wrong, that you have a backup in place to restore.
