3520 all-in-one printer does not print

Recently, my printer stopped printing.

I used printing HP and doctor scan and there is nothing a test page is capable of printing after using it.

I rebooted the printer and the router without success.

I rebooted the computer without success.

When I hit print a pdf document, the job goes to the tail and he says he has to wait, or there is an error.  Two of those messages showed upward.

I use windows 8 and, usually, a printer icon appears on the toolbar at the bottom when I hit print and it does not appear now.

Welcome to the HP Forums.

I see that you have a problem with printing from your computer via a wireless connection.

I have a few troubleshooting steps we can try to solve the problem.

First of all, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a bar/power strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer for example, but it is intended for HP products in general. Please click the link which explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

Another step we can try is to go into the Setup Menu and then go to wireless menu. Scroll to the Restore Defaults option and select YES.

Go back to the top of the Menu wireless and make sure that the wireless is turned on.  Then go to the WiFi Protected Setup and connect the printer to the wireless network.

    I understand that when you print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer D110a print jobs are coming in white. I would like to help you today with this printing problem. When you print from your computer, some files are sent to your printer as "image" files If your printer 'think' it prints an image, color ink may be used to enrich or to 'do' the dark. This can be misleading because your machine can really be confronted a black ink, problem of print, but you may think that your machine works great as always black appears in print. While in reality, it's just the ink to mix color to black. Therefore, at the beginning troubleshooting I'll have print you a standalone report diagnosis on the quality of your printer. This report will help us determine if this printing of the blank page problem is caused by your printers ink system or your computer. Can I please you follow the steps below.

    How to print a report of quality diagnostic:

    1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.
    2. Tap the button of the ATM () next to the icon of configuration () in the lower left corner of the control panel.
    3. Press arrow right () and select Tools, and then tap OK.
    4. Press arrow right () to select Print Quality Report, then tap OK. The printer prints the report.

    • If this report prints perfectly: Only the blank page printing problem isn't be caused by your printer. On the contrary, there may be a driver or a conflicts between your computer and your HP Photosmart camera setting. Can I have it please click here to download and run the HP print and scan of the doctor tool. Once the tool downloads, please run the tool to the "difficulty of printing." If connection, software or driver conflicts turns out that the HP print and scan of the doctor tool will attempt to resolve these conflicts for you. Once the tool has completed please test printing from your computer.
    • If this report does not print correctly:  That the problem you are experiencing is caused by the printing of your printer system. To solve this problem of print quality can I please have you click here to access the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Once the support document opens please run through the Solution, one five, six Solution and seven. This includes all sub-steps under the listed Solutions. Once completed the print quality troubleshooting steps, please try to print to see if the problem is now resolved.

    I'm having exactly the same problem... It worked fine last time I used it... I put new cartridges of ink inside and black is dead... its crazy that it worked perfectly... have you already found a solution to your problem... His 03:00 and I spent hours trying to fix... I need my printer as soon as possible... I really need help / / I have a deskjet 3520 all-in-one... and all tests come back perfect... even cleaned the print head and everything...

    I actually uninstalled all previous updates for the printer and then is went to the hp site and entered my serial number and the number of product and downloaded all updates for this printer and downloaded printer Dr... After that it was finished I rebooted my computer and printer directs the Dr. PC. It came with nothing wrong, but I chose clean the print head and when he finished he asked if I'd like secondary cleaning too and I chose Yes. After that I tried to print an all black. Page and unlike prior it was not blank it was black, but red stripes then I printed again and the whole page was red but I printed again, and it was perfect... When before id try to print a page in black, he's white... My printer has not messed up at all since and its been a month... It is with its daily use for hours at a time in printing non-stop... I hope this works for you if you are having this problem and found that nothing else seems to fix it try this... It might be useful...

    Hi all

    I got this C4280 at a yard sale.  They said it worked, but he has not been connected over the years.  Without installing it, I tried to copy and it goes through the motions, sounds good, but nothing appears on the page.  I tried wiping and cook with the vapor cartridges.  It feels like the black, it is empty but there is no ink to color one.  Some came out when I steamed it.

    I installed the software and tried to clean without success.  I actually had a very light something out of the black cartridge but nothing about the color of one at all.  Ink levels show black as '? (probably empty) and color as most half full.  I would like to get something at least, no color?

    I have a few cartridges no HP on order, appear in the coming days. Can someone suggest that I try to copy, or give me some indication that this might actually work when installing the cartridges?

    Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you have a problem getting to your printer. I would like to help.

    Lack of use could have damaged printheads. This could be the cause of the problem. Fortunately, the print head is integrated in the ink cartridges. Replacement of ink should solve the problem.

  • All-in-one software does not provide the option of wireless connection

    I have improved my all-in-one software on my HP laptop, but when he asked how to set up the connection, there is no option for a wireless connection.     I have a 7310xi all in one. I recently installed a new desktop running windows 8.1. the connection is wireless. I can get the printer to print properly but cannot load the software. I need the software to be able to scan etc. I downloaded several times, uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same result (I purge the temp file after each attempt). Everything goes very well with the download until the actual installation screen comes up. Once I hit the installation I get the message "the system cannot find the file specified." I tried hanging the printer with a USB port and still get the same results. I tried using the Dominican Republic printing HP, the installation wizard and continue to get the same thing. If I could determine precisely what file is not found maybe I could find it. I made sure all updates are running on the computer and tried something that sounded even close, I can fing on HP website. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Sorry for the delay. You'll need get corrupted files fixed before you can install because they are the source of installation problems. To do this, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your computer (IE. HP, Dell) to get help with the files.

  • HP OfficeJet 8500 Wireless all-in-One ADF does not work

    The ADF on my all-in-One of 8500 Wireless printer has stopped working.  CB023A product number.  I went through all the troubleshooting steps and I reset the printer and the ADF will not feed.  It was working fine earlier, but that are becoming more and more spiratic and now don't feed pages in all.  All CAD looks like it is in good condition.

    There is a document with measures helping address ADF no power problem. This document can be found here.

    Also, be sure to perform a hard reset, although you mentioned try a reset, if you have not already:
    * Unplug the printer while the unit is running
    Disconnect the other end of the power cord from the wall jack directly
    * Wait 30 seconds
    * Plug the rear unit to

    For example, if the problem persists, I would then perform a partial reset:
    * Partial reset for this printer is the same as the top of the page group of printers in the document located here.

    Do you mean the turning rollers as the printer attempts to feed paper through the ADF?

    I got Hp Deskjet 3050 a j611 all-in-one series on my windows 7, I've upgraded to Windows 8 and my printer did not work properly so I uninstalled so I could reinstall it, but it will not install because it says that it is not compatible. is it possible that I can make this printer work using Windows 8?

  • HP Deskjet F4280 all-in-one scan does not work. Start button / stop flashing when you press scan.

    Scan does not not on my HP Deskjet F4280 all-in-One.  The power button flashes when you press scan. Everything else works.  I tried to unplug it from the wall socket and reconnect it.  Not solve the problem. What else can I try?  Or, is it a piece of junk now and needs replacement?   My laptop (windows vista) did not go into repairs several months ago. Don't know if that had anything to do with it.

    Can someone help me please?   I have printer uninstalled somehow the 'fax' when I was on the move. I set the printer to the top, even re downloaded the driver for Mac Os X. I "added" a new printer, but it still does not show the 'fax' option when I hit 'print' as before. And the 'fax' does not appear in my list of printers.  I could use some help.  Thank you in advance.     I would be happy to provide you with some suggestions that can help solve the problem!  There may be a slight problem with the software.  I know that you have reinstalled the drivers, but I suggest you uninstall the HP software. Once the software uninstalled I recommended to perform a "repair disk permissions" on your Mac. A repair disk permissions is a utility built into the operating system Mac designed to detect and resolve problems or errors. After that permission to repair disc is finished, reboot your Mac computer and re-install the software.

    After the installation I recommend that you check the software updates on the Mac. To search for software updates, click the icon "Apple" to the left and click on the "app store". In the app store, you can click on the "updates" at the top of the window. Updates install and Hp or a printer. After the update, you must restart the computer.

  • printer all-in-one psc2510 does not power on. Hourglass is displayed.

    Top of this printer (psc2510) has been partially open to allow the cleaning of the scanner glass. Since then printer will not complete the power on sequence.

BUT I LOST MY MONEY BUY A NEW ONE, AND WHEN I PUT IT, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THE INK IS FLASHING. AND I CAN'T PRINT IN BLACK OR BECAUSE IT IS SAID THAT HE BOTH CARTRIDGES ON. ANY IDEA?     Have you tried following the instructions here?

    If none of these work, it is likely that you have a hardware failure in your printer, and there is no "serviceable" parts in the printer to solve the problem like this.

  • OfficeJet J4680 all-in-one: J4680 does not work after installing windows 10

    I have recently installed Windows 10 on my Dell laptop.  Yesterday, I was able to print wireless at my J4680 JO.  Today, I tried to analyze, and he is identified as not online.  Can't print now.   I turned off laptop, router and printer and restarted.  I added the latest driver.  Still no luck (in print or scan - still says offline).  Help, please.

    You can download and run the print and Scan doctor, he will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically.

    What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor?

    I have provided a paper for not being able to scan using Windows 10. If you're still having problems, try one of the applications in step 6 of the document, unless can not analyze after the upgrade, HP printers - printer after Windows upgrade problems 10

  • Photosmart C7280 all-in-One Wireless does not

    My wireless printing worked great with my Photosmart C7280 at least a year or more and now recently the wireless side no longer works. My Apple (iPad and Macbook) devices has ceased to recognize my printer. Even when I tried to add via IP address, it should not.

    My printer works fine when hard cable through my PC and Macbook via USB.

    I tried to reset the settings of my network to restore default network printer and adding in my SSID and password. It shows that it is connected. But when I run a Test Page wireless network of in the settings of the printer, it shows everything going on and the signal strength is excellent. However, the final diagnosis in the summary says 'No' to "other networks detected matching your network name (SSID)" so I wonder if my printer actually properly connect my network? Since I have other wireless devices connected to the same SSID.

    I turned other devices and the printer off, and then to restart. I turned and turn on the radio wireless settings of the printer.

    Another thing I want to mention is that before I deleted the printers in my Apple devices, they still show my Photosmart 7200 series, but said they were inactive.

    Also when I was able to enter my Verizon FIOS Broadband Router management software via my browser, it showed all my wireless devices, but it also showed my Photosmart as being inactive wireless, where other devices that were on at the time were connected.

    I wonder if it may have been a recent update from Apple that may have caused this problem? However the Verizon Fios also showed the printer as being inactive, so I think not?

    I have worked on this issue for the days and spent a ton of time so far, any suggestions to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm about to intermediate level to understand the technical aspects. So please clarify responses to resolution steps very simply in your response.

    Honestly, the routers ISP-issued are very problematic.  Restart the Westell pulling on her momentarily just power cable before attempting to connect the printer.
