5 d Mk III-L-bracket on 5Ds?

Will be a L-bracket for a 5 d Mk III was a well-made 5Ds? The specs on the Canon site show the same size for both, however, I guess that the depth is measured from the rear surface of the body to the front surface of the mount. This does not mean that the distance from the back to the front through the bottom plate is the same on both where my question. Thank you.

See this. This is your issue with a photo.

I'm sure that both cameras use different battery handles.  Remember, brackets are usually designed to hold the Canon battery grips, not 3rd party, handles that must be slightly different form of Canon.

  • Ubuntu: Change the keyboard with xmodmap causes closing bracket key to stop working

I use an Apple keyboard, so I use a xmodmap file customized for change my alt and super keys. When I apply this file using xmodmap, the bracket key closing unresponsive in Firefox, but works fine in all other programs. This means that I can't type a bracket closing or a right brace anywhere in Firefox. in the address bar, the box search, settings, Web sites, etc. It's as if I'm even not press.

I can 'fix' the key by resetting the xmodmap, with the command: setxkbmap-layout us
(but then of course the keys alt and super are changed, so I can't actually use the computer like this)

I apply my file with the command xmodmap: xmodmap ~ /. Xmodmap

Please keep in mind: this is only a problem for Firefox. Closing the bracket key works in other programs. So I suspect that it is a bug in Firefox.

    Hello

Please don't get me wrong, but you should clarify this with Toshiba directly. Here on this forum, you can hear some useful opinions and comments, but I think you should get info straight from Toshiba directly.

You can also do is to contact the nearest Toshiba service provider and ask for help. You can visit ASP and demonstrate how it works and I hope that you will get a professional opinion on this problem.

Long ago I had a Tecra laptop with port replicator, and he was well in place and really does so port replicator he not there no danger of damage to the small port located in the lower corner.

    Hello

  • Portege Z30T - two monitors external PR III possible?

All, I have a Z30T in a Port Replicator III, connected to an external display Samsung via Displayport. I noticed that there is an unused DVI port on the back of the duplicator. Does anyone know if it'll work to connect to another port DVI Samsung, to operate two external displays simultaneously?
    Thank you.

There are two sections of video:
    1 vga / dvi / displayport
    2 hdmi / displayport

You can connect on each display a section and use them at the same time.
So if you count the internal display, you can use up to three displays simultaneously.

    * edit *.
I think that one of the external screens must be connected via displayport if you plan to use two external displays. At least I didn't test, so on article 1 dvi and hdmi on article 2 work at the same time. In your case, this is no problem because you're already using DP for a sceen.

  • Portege Z30-A-12N with Port Replicator Port Hi-Speed USB III problems

    Hi all

I have a big problem with my new Portege Z30-A-12N and Hi-Speed Port Replicator III.

I connected the power, DVI, LAN, mouse and keyboard to the Port Replicator.
Power, DVI and LAN are okay, but none will be found if I connect something to the USB Ports 2.0 or 3.0.
No mouse, no keyboard, and no USB key.

When I start my Portege I must enter a password after you press the power button.
These password, I could enter with the external keyboard, but in windows, no keyboard has been found.

If I connect the keyboard and mouse to the USB Ports of the Portege instead of Port Replicator, the two has been found.

I ran Windows 7 Enterprise on the Portege.
    BIOS version is 3.30

Do you have a solution for me?

    Hello

    The HI-SPEED PORT REPLICATOR III PA5116E-1PRP supports 2 x USB 2.0 and 4 x USB 3.0 ports.
You n t special need Win 7 drivers in order to be able to use the USB ports or other interfaces such as VGA, DVI, audio, etc.

Sound problems, make sure that the audio device has been selected in the right panel-> sound-> playback tab

By the way: Win 7 needs USB driver 3.0 which is preinstalled when the laptop was equipped with USB 3.0 ports. My knowledge if your mobile phone does not support USB 3.0, you will be able to use the port replicator USB 3.0 ports.

Finally and above all devices must be connected before you start the computer. The decision supported and compatible specifications: Portégé R30 - A, Tecra Z40 - A, Tecra Z50 - A, Portégé Z30-A/Z30t-A, Tecra A50 - has
