500 Dignostics Performance event. could not measure the performance of video playback
Hello
Could someone help me with the problem of (the windows experience index) when I run the assessment I get the message (could not measure the performance of video playback).
Hello
· You have made no changes to the computer until the problem occurred?
· What is the full error message or code that you get?
Event ID 500 is mainly caused by the excessive use of graphical subsystem, which is controlled by the process dwm.exe. DWM.exe is a Desktop Window Manager and is responsible for the graphics effects in Windows operating system such as 3-d effects, previews of windows and transparencies to windows live.
I suggest to disable all of the features of "Aero", such as the use of classic Windows rather than the Windows Aero feature, stopping using 3D desktop and so on, in order to reduce excessive system resource occupancy rates. If possible, you could develop RAM to increase performance of the system to check if the event has not changed.
You can also try to update the graphics driver and check if it helps. To do so follow the link below:

Hello Derek,.
Please keep us updated on the status of the issue.
I'm sorry for the late reply.
The IFE can be used to show what part of the system should provide the largest increase in performance when it is upgraded. For example, a computer with the lower under-score in his memory, would benefit more than an upgrade of RAM to add a faster hard drive (or any other component).

Windows Experience Index problem: could not measure the performance of video playback
My pc is not yet rated. When I click on rate appears on this computer, a msg error saying that Windows Experience Index for your system could not be calculated, could not measure the PERFORMANCE of VIDEO PLAYBACK. What should I do. Help, pleaseHello
Here are a few things to check before launching performance index Windows (WEI).
- Quit all running programs, and restart the computer before running the assessment (WEI).
- Check with the manufacturer of the computer or the motherboard manufacturer for BIOS updates.
- Make sure you have the latest Windows 7 compatible drivers for the graphics device installed (video card).
- If you have any third-party media players installed, uninstall them until the end of the evaluation of the WEI.
- If you have installed any third-party Media Codecs, try to uninstall them until the end of the evaluation of the WEI.
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder C:\WINDOWS\Performance\WinSAT .
You should see the following 8 videos.
2 files with .mp4 extension.
3 files with the .mpg file extension.
3 files with .wmv file extension.
Double-click each of these files. They should open and play in Windows Media Player. These are the files that WEI runs video performance.
One thing to remember is that the WEI score is only an indicator of the ability of the main components of hardware on the computer. It has no effect on the performance of the system.
Tell us what you find.

Do not see the option of video playback in a loop
I don't see any options in the program monitor menu. I'm trying to video playback in a loop. What should I do? c
Press on the symbol '+', the bottom right of the program monitor, this will open a menu that will give you more options to drag to the area of transport control. One of them is the loop option.

Windows experience index - could not measure the performance of video playback
Running win7 64 bit home edition
NVIDIA GTX 280
Creative x - fi gamer
Asus p5n - d motherboard
All drivers up to date
BIOS update
to update WMP
has run sfc - no problem
When I first ran WEI got a rating of 5.5. Since then, the only thing I changed is that I switched from AVG Antivirus Essentials antivirus window.
I have not changed anything else.

I do not know; I don't check the newspaper.
But, my problem was solved.
I made two changes before it was fixed.
First of all, I added more RAM. But this was not (directly) affect or correct the problem. In addition, I was running the same amount of RAM (2 GB) before without problem.
Second, following the second installation I had made another change. I had created a virtual disk and put the TEMP folder.
The problem went away (performance index worked) after I changed the place of C: TEMP. But, I also tested with her to the RAMDISK and it works. However, after that I set the TEMP to C:\, I also increased the size of the Ramdisk of 350 MB to 1 GB. It works fine now.
So, maybe this might help someone. Better than I could understand, the ability of the TEMP folder was too small for the test to be performed. This seems to be the most logical explanation (by simple deduction).
I'd be curious to know if others had the same problem and the solution. Or, if one solution. At least, I would have more certainty as to the cause of the problem.

Could not open the file .mdb video
* - Original title - codec for .mbd
In the transfer from my old hard drive (Visa House) to Windows 7, everything went past better that expected, expect that a special video cannot be opened. It has the extension .mdb. Do you know how I can bypass this distortion (find a codec to work) so I can open the video? I got to make a DVD of the video on a XP computer. The DVD opens, but not the specific file I'm after. Is what helps in the solution? Thank you very much.
Thanks for you advice and patience. It looks like the steps you just passed will be my last steps. Thanks for the good luck wishes. Good bye.

MMC could not create the snap-in when you run the Scheduler of tasks or event viewer
Event Viewer and Task Scheduler are not running.
Error returned is: mmc could not create the snap
Someone knows how to solve this problem, I searched and tried everything I can find and it still doesn't work.
can someone tell me the conditions required for the event viewer for work so I can check?
I managed to solve this problem in this way on my Windows Server 2008 SP2:
1. navigate to the following directory:
For x 64:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\CONFIG
For x 86:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG
2 backup 'machine.config' file from somewhere, just in case before you continue.3 Rename the machine.config file to machine.config.old in the directory above.
Fixed a problem!

ERROR 2: The class or interface 'Event' could not be loaded.
Hey, I'm new to the Forum and I have problems with Flash that comes, I can't fix. I have this error that tells me how "the class or interface 'Event' could not be loaded. The error is on the 5th line of code:
1 stop();
2
3 addEventListener (Event.ENTER_FRAME, preLoad);
4
5 function preLoad(e:Event):void { }
6 var bytestoLoad: Number = loaderInfo.bytesTotal;
7 var numberLoaded:Number = loaderInfo.bytesLoaded;
8 if(bytestoLoad == numberLoaded) {}
9 removeEventListener (Event.ENTER_FRAME, preLoad);
gotoAndStop (2);
} else {}
_root.preLoader.preLoaderFill.scaleX = numberLoaded/bytestoLoad;
_root.preLoader.bytesPercent.text = Math.floor(numberLoaded/bytestoLoad*100) + '% ';
}
}
I know that the code is AS3, but I can not pass by atm AS3 and I need the same code, but for AS2. So, can someone convert this for me? Moreover, it is supposed to be a preloader and I put this on the 1st frame. So I have extensions (.as), just the .fla file.
Also, I use the newest Flash, Adobe Flash CS6.
The Flash version has nothing to do with the things works or not.

For the second time in the last two weeks going through my event logs, I noticed several hundred newspaper failed attempts at the course over a period of twenty minutes. they are random user accounts that don't exist not user 1, user 2, www., or just names at random, the papers say newspaper caused by a wrong password or account. "the first of these events several connected has this message:" user * address email is removed from the privacy * could not connect, could not access the directory. ». What does that mean? Do you need access and control my computer? Any info would be a great help.
Looks like someone trying to log on your computer. Check your firewall settings to make sure that they can't.
Visit https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2 the site "shields up" to perform a check. Some people to dismiss the guy who runs it, but the test doesn't show you which allows your computer to the world to see. -
I started receiving this alert after restart last Saturday (22/02/2014) and freezes before Thunderbird it is fully operational: (incorrect application behavior?)
Could not initialize the safety component of the application. The most likely cause is problems with the files in the directory of the profile of your application. Could not see the LED in Windows 7 X 64
Hello
I write a progrm by measurement studio 8.1.2 + vs2005 in win XP, and I put a few LED components in form and generate an MSI for x 86.
When I try to run the program to the other PC, a PC with windows 7 x 64 could not show the LED components.
I try the other PC with windows 7 x 64 and the work, just only a PC could not see the LED components.
How can I do?
Thank you
Dennis
In general, this has to do with the Mesa.dll dependence, which is necessary for styles 3D as explained in this KB:
http://digital.NI.com/public.nsf/allkb/ABAE912AAE671AC08625788D0076BE51?OpenDocument
There is also a problem known to distribute to Windows 7, as documented in this KB:

Hi Leif,
Where do you get this error message?
I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.
Method 1: Uninstall all the instance of Adobe reader and Acrobat reader and install the latest version of one of the drive and check if it helps.

Method 2: If the problem persists, perform a system restore and check if that helps.
