  • Windows cannot update and cannot install Office

I can't install Office on my computer (Vista).  I tried to do the cleaning of the .net, but it did not help.  The computer can also install updates (error 80072EFE 80200053, 80244020).  The two problems are related?

I tried reset Windows Update and about half of the 92 updates have been installed (it did not update since June 2009), but the rest failed.  I removed Mcaffe, well before its expiry, so this isn't the problem.  What else can I try?

    Hello

On Windows 8, you can ride. ISO directly files. It is a new feature of Windows 8.

However, on Windows 7, you need to burn the ISO to a disc.  If a CD or a third-party DVD burning program is installed on your computer, this program could open when you double-click on the disk image file.

I tried many internet research to try and find a solution to these problems but have had no success.  I tried the following:

    Thank you very much

Thanks for your help Irfan H and PA bear but unfortunately none of the above suggestions has solved my problem and I couldn't find another solution on the internet that worked.

Finally, I had to do a clean install of my system using an image of my hard drive that I created during my first installation of windows 7.  Now, everything seems to work properly and installing updates without problems.

  • Windows 7 - cannot install Office/work on updates

HP response is for me to perform these tasks manually, then they work.

A laptop HP, norton 360, win7 64 bit, v 4.2 running. No other product security is active. Norton is up to date. All other products (adobe, java, etc.) make their auto-mises updated successfully. MS just fails. In very rare occasions, he could succeed after decades of failures.

The only thing that seems to be in agreement, all failures are related to MS Office and works. I am running Office 2007.

I tried even after turning off Norton completely.

I can send a list of the failures of the story, but cannot figure out how to attach a file in this forum. Thanks in advance for your time.
