  We use Oracle Database 11 g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.6.0.
  
  We have restored the database on the Server Test of production using RMAN.

  Some speculation:

  The dbconsole was trying to connect several times a privileged user, so he can do things like start and stop. As you manually did that, there was a conflict, maybe try to get the same memory area shared. Then it takes hours to die, and the complaint goes somewhere mysterious as logfiles dbconsole.

  Or maybe you did a normal shutdown with an agent access to the db, which never shutdown, then maybe or maybe not done you a restore, then you tried to boot, which threw the 3113 and entered using who-knows-what (again, perhaps from shared memory).

  I'm not too familiar with modern solaris, but once the shared memory area was a file, and if you killed the wrong instance you must delete the file, or even to enter the realm conflicts. Maybe you copied a file of this type? 3113 tends to be an error of Tote when something goes wrong, as a process of communication, die, which is why these odd tns errors.

  Anyway, your description has some of the characteristics of the two incompatible sysdba connections. dbconsole can be a real bitch nasty at times - you should check not only that he stop, but check all related processes have actually stopped.

  Hello! It's a little frustrating and I had to post this with the help of another laptop because my laptop ASUS freezes/crash after starting and also during the login screen! • Thunderbird crashes after startup

  Hello

  I have problems with Thunderbird crash just seconds after the start of the program.
  I use Mac OS X 10.9.4 (Mavericks) and after that the accident took place first, I upgraded to Thunderbird and then also uninstalled and reinstalled it.
  Before it crashes, however, it appears a message telling me that a certain mail cannot be filtered in one of my folders.
  I don't know if this is related to the accident, as sometimes happens.

  I have a Toshiba Satellite L750D. Windows 7.
  Everything works fine when there is 3 months, I bought the laptop.
  A few days ago, it started to happen:
  The computer starts correctly, Windows starts up, watch the user login screen. Everything works well so far.
  This desktop computer, runs Windows as usual. Two or three minutes later, it becomes terribly slow. So slow that just try to open Explorer takes like 5 minutes... Then the situation becomes unbearable, it's as if the computer crashes.
  Then I have to stop it manually (by pressing button On / Off for 5secs).
  In another time, share this problem, it appears at the bottom right of your desktop that the copy of Windows is not genuine.
  I know that it is authentic, I bought the laptop and I have activated Windows correctly. But hey, this is a minor issue and only happens 1/3 of the time I try to start the computer. The main problem is that Pseudo-gel of infinite of Windows.
  Start in Safe Mode does not change the problem at all. It starts well and like 3 minutes later, becomes terribly slow.
  I can solve the problem somehow (running antivirus, etc.) because I can't throw soft...

  Thank you for the comments, but since the computer is a Toshiba, it has a default System Configuration that allows me to restore the laptop in fabric, without having to start windows.
  I did, I lost a couple of files, but now everything is ok.

  I see that the computer hangs at random after installing some updates. I'll help you with this problem.

  1. What is the brand and model of the computer?

  2. what security software is installed on the computer?

  3. which windows update has been installed recently?

  Let us try these steps and check the status.

  Method 1.

  Start the computer in safe mode with network and run a full scan of computer viruses.

  Run a full scan of the computer with the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free.

• Film shot in Windows Movie Maker crashes after 6 seconds during playback in Windows Media Player

  I have a film created (1 minute, 20 seconds) in Windows Movie Maker of two short videos to YouTube.  The original files were .mp4 files and I converted the .wmv files.  I cut 7 seconds since the start of the first video and just linked the two original videos into one.  No special effects.  Plays well in Windows Movie Maker.  Save the file as an .mswmm file (required by Movie Maker) and then published as a .wmv.  When I play it in Windows Media Player, he plays for 6 seconds, then freezes, but the bottom bar is moving, as if he is playing.  I tried to do the same thing without clipping 7 seconds from the beginning - same result.  I used WINFF (free Converter).  Any ideas?  Thanks for your help.

  1. what happens when you try to play the files with Windows Movie Maker?

  This problem can be caused by codecs supporting not the file that you created. If you use a converter, I suggest that you convert the files to MPEG format and verify if you are able to play the files.

• Crash at startup of Plugins / CC 2015 / Windows

  What happened to my machine?

  Just downloaded/installed the latest version of AI (2015 CC) and it works perfectly. The only thing that could have changed its default state building was me adding a swatch file version CC 2014 of the AI so I could use it in the swatch Panel, when I add everything worked fine so I am confident that he has nothing to do with the problem at hand because it was working very well with it. Not to mention that I have not installed the plugins, extensions of what that be 'extra' of anywhere.

  Hi Sanjay, unfortunately the old uninstall/reinstall fight you for your suggestion, but he's happy that it worked. However, I assume that we do not know the source of the problem as it has not returned yet.

  To anyone having similar problems my best advice is to uninstall then run CC cleaning tool (available from Adobe) and target all legacy applications that your trying to install, in my case nothing CS, editions 13 and 14 (played is it safe and took all but 15 versions), then if you have ArsClip make sure you have NOT work! not sure about other improvements/software Clipboard but this particular caused significant wait times. Unfortunately I can't guarantee your Sanjay method, but certainly a good alternative for those who want to keep their old versions and just can not go through the process of uninstalling/reinstalling.

  I was not satisfied with winning 8 and used a new version of Win 7 prof to install on the laptop.
  After security issues I want to install Win 7 Ultimate with a new available activation key - it so no need to reinstall, its enough to change the activation key.
  All OS - Windows 8 Pro, Win 7 teacher have been activated on the same notebook, what happens with these keys after using a new key for ultimate?
  How can I save my unused keys for later use? There is a lot of money has evolved with these SW!

  I have not found an answer on Microsoft, my being sites I need to call Microsoft technical support by phone.

  But retail licenses also can be installed on a machine at one time.

  If you clean the hard drive and take the operating system/product at retail a key machine, you can reinstall the license of retail on another machine and reactivate.
