A brush causes a .psd does not open it?

In other words, a person I work on a pro bono project argues that it cannot open the .psd, I sent him because it has no brushes, I... o.0

I think it's just all that on top of his head, but I can't find anywhere techincally where he says or does not say that this can happen. So I want to make sure that and also have technical information into his apology.  I use Photoshop CS2 for Mac and I do not know what version it uses, but it's a windows machine.  I should know his version of photoshop later today if that helps. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

No, not the brush itself.  However, if it is on an earlier version of Photoshop that yours and the file includes features that are only available in your version or later versions (say, one dynamic or another object) and you saved the file without checking the box to maximize compatibility, it will not be open to open your file.  Details are needed to say with certainty.

Firefox window is sometimes "off screen" somehow. Often, you can force it to appear on the screen by right clicking on the thumbnail image just above the taskbar and choose expand. Does it work?

A possible cause for this is that the file that stores the positions and sizes of window is corrupt. You can delete this file and Firefox will return to standard window resizing.

#1 method: If you can get a zoomed window:

Open the settings folder (AKA Firefox profile) current Firefox help

    • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > troubleshooting information
    • (menu bar) Help > troubleshooting information
    • type or paste everything: in the address bar and press Enter

In the first table of the page, click on the view file"" button. This should launch a new window that lists the various files and folders in Windows Explorer.

Leave this window open, switch back to Firefox and output, either:

    • "3-bar" menu button > button "power".
    • (menu bar) File > Exit

Pause while Firefox finishing its cleanup, then rename xulstore.json to something like xulstore.old. If you see a file named localstore.rdf, rename this to localstore.old.

Launch Firefox back up again. Windows normally appear again?

#2 method: If you can not get a Firefox window for all:

Close Firefox by right clicking the icon in the taskbar > close all windows.

Using the Run dialog box (windows key + R) or the start search bar menu type or paste the following and press Enter to drill down to the profiles folder:

    %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

Here you can see a folder - in this case, double-click that - or more than one case - in this case, double-click on in what looks like the most recently updated.

Scroll down and rename xulstore.json to something like xulstore.old. If you see a file named localstore.rdf, rename this to localstore.old.

    Third party extension and plug-ins?

If Safari is slow, unresponsive, which closes unexpectedly, or has other issues

The problem may be caused by a Safari Extension, Internet plug-in or another add-on.

The safari Extensions, Internet plug-ins, and other modules are designed to improve or customize the browsing experience. Modules are widely available on the Internet, and some are installed as part of an application or other software. If you have Add-ons installed, an add-on might be at the root of the issue.

If the problem is the unwanted pop-up windows, advertisements and graphics while surfing on the web, discover how to remove the ad-injection (adware) from your Mac software.

    Disable the Safari Extensions

You can disable Extensions Safari to learn if all are causing the problem.

    1. In the Safari menu, choose Preferences.
    2. Click the Extensions icon, and then select an extension from the list.
    3. Uncheck the box enable disable this extension.

If turning off an extension solves the problem, look for updates of the extension by clicking Update in the lower left corner of the window. Or remove the extension by clicking on the button uninstall.

Remove Internet plug-ins and other add-ons.

You can remove Internet plug-ins and other add-ons to see if everything is the origin of the problem. To find them, quit Safari and open these folders in library:

    • The library folder at the top level of your hard drive. Open it from the Finder by choosing go > go to folder in the menu bar. Then type /Library and then click OK.
    • The record library in your home folder. Open it by organizing the Option while choosing go > library in the menu bar.

The folders in the library contains the following folders for modules. Move all the files in these folders to the trash.

    • Internet Plug-Ins
Do not remove the default Browser.plugin, nslQTScriptablePlugin.xpt, Composer.webplugin of Quartz or QuickTime Plugin.plugin.
    • Input methods
    • InputManagers
    • ScriptingAdditions

If the removal of the files in these folders solves the problem, quit Safari again and gradually put the files until you find the one at the origin of the problem:

    1. Open the Recycle Bin and select one of the files that you removed. Chose file > back up. The file back to its folder.
    2. Open Safari and see if the problem returns.
      • If the issue is returned, you have identified the add-on causing the problem. Do not use or contact its manufacturer for an updated version.
      • If the question does not return, quit Safari and put back another file.

    Hello

I am currently using OS X El Capitan version 10.11.5, I think it is a recent update and could be a problem cause (but I don't really know)

    Please help me

    Thank you

I followed the instructions on a similar problem, but when I go to purchased apps to remove it, it does not appear. When I then go to 'Show', this option is not available for me.

You need iPhoto 9.6.1 on El Capitan.  But you can only upgrade to iPhoto, if the version you are using a version installed from the AppStore or associated at least your AppleID on the AppStore.  If iPhoto came on installer DVD and you have not purchased it from the AppStore or he did not come preinstalled on your Mac with OS X Lion or newer, then you can is no longer up-to-date.  Apple has stopped the development of iPhoto, and update is no longer supported.  You can only reinstall versions of iPhoto you already own.  It is too late now to convert the DVD of iPhoto versions versions AppStore.

You can open your libraries in Photos for Mac iPhoto library, however. It is the successor to Apple iPhoto. See this support document, how your iPhoto library will appear in Photos: How Photos handles content and metadata for iPhoto and Aperture - Apple Support

  • Firefox does not open! Troubleshooting do not work.

My operating system is Windows XP. Firefox installed a new updated two days ago. It caused Firefox to crash several times and was a pain in the butt, but seemed to unravel after three restarts and a lot of frustration.

Turned on my computer today (two days later) and when I double click on Firefox, the hourglass shows for about two seconds, but the program does not open. Or it will open if I right click and select run or if I open it in the start menu.

I restarted my computer, which made no difference.

I started to copy the information from my profile and make a new profile, as the suggested troubleshooting guide. However, when I get to the point where you run the executable file of Firefox, I get an error message apologizing for Firefox crashing and offering to report the problem to Mozilla. What happened three times.

I can not reset Firefox, because it does not open.

Apparently, uninstalling and reinstalling does not help, and I don't want to lose my favorites. Any suggestions?

    Thansks!

Try a clean reinstall and remove the Firefox program folder before reinstalling a new copy of Firefox.

Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current version of Firefox, if possible, the settings in the software security and cleaning of the Windows registry.

    • Do NOT remove the data personal when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because all profile files will be deleted and you will also lose your personal data such as bookmarks and passwords from other versions of Firefox profiles.

Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

Your bookmarks and other profile data is stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but make sure that 'delete personal data' is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.

If you keep problems also create a new profile.

    See "create a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a profile in the new profile, but make sure not to copy corrupted files.
