... A click, click... click... call centre on demand (CCOD)

Does anyone know how to disable the clicking sound that happens when screen on screen supervisor call centre demand (CCOD)?

It cannot be disabled CRMOD or CCOD I know. However, there are 2 places that I would check:

1 Control Panel > sounds and Audio device properties. Under the program events section, scroll down to Windows Explorer. I do not see an event called 'Refresh Page', but it can be captured by one of the other events listed there. I could disable an event at a time and see that it does the trick... kind of like fuse with a free label box.

2. There should be a setting in the browser to turn off the sound when the page refreshes.

I hope this helps.

    It depends on the phone I guess, but this isn't a common thing I've seen... Realistically if I were the customer I don't mean that. They would end up with number of unintended calls and as a user I like to confirm that I want to call first. I guess I wouldn't be too impressed if she composed automatically without knowing me and ended by costing me in long distance charges or cell access minutes without knowing.

  • Phone calls to the Microsoft call centre.

    Hello

    I'm sick to death of receiving your call center phone calls telling me there is a problem with my computer, when this 'thing' has yet been turned on and still less currently in use .

    Also sick of these people not understand English and even less be able to speak.  If this problem is not resolved I 'LL go further.

    They are criminal con-men who are nothing to do with Microsoft.

    Fake phone calls to technical support

    It is a common scam. Do not let them give any info, do not give access to your PC, not give them all the money and do not go to all the websites that they suggest. One moment.

    Please see:

    Microsoft does ever not requested for telephone calls of support or security.

  • How hoax calls centres to access my phone from my computer number, even though I have security on my system?

    I had problems with my computer and found that my system was attacked.  However my Norton security blocked.  I logged the Microsoft Support page to perform various diagnostic tools to see if there was a problem with my software.  The next minute, I received a phone call from a hoax call center claiming they were Microsoft, which I knew was not the case.  What is interesting is that the appellant pretends to be a... automated phone call which it wasn't when I talked back.  Especially when I asked "are you an automated service?  I then realized actually, I was talking to a person.  In the background, I could hear other people who speak with a tone of voice "computing."  Crook change their methods of attack to access personal data?  Everyone should be aware of the tact, that these people are adopting?

    Hi Caspwilson,

    Yes, there is a scam going around, never give your computer access to anyone... Never open a Web page, they may ask you to open. You can indicate that you do not use microsoft windows and hang up.

  • Classic phone holder blackBerry SUCKS! Poor training and the call centre in the Philippines!

    I bought a classic there is about 1 1/2 weeks and had not yet found the user guide. I called their phone support several times with simple questions and most of the time, they could not answer questions or gave me completely false answers. For example, I didn't know how to access the FM radio function and support BB told me to contact the carrier to bring them to market. I knew that the answer was wrong and once I found and read the guide to the user discovered how access FM radio. My point is that these representatives have a knowledge on the classic. They are located in the Philippines and their English skills are limited and it is difficult to communicate with them. If anyone has had this experience and anyone could explain why the BB spend the resources necessary to make these fine products and then skimp not big time on the customer support? And if BB company listen to MOVE YOUR PHONE SUPPORT EITHER to THE UNITED STATES or CANADA for YOUR CLIENTS IN THE UNITED STATES AND MAKE SURE ENGLISH IS THEIR mother TONGUE. And please do not hire someone who has lived in the United States or Canada for a short period of time and has recently learned to speak English.

    That support number is added to the support you get from your provider. The way it is supposed to work is that att with your phone number. Either they don't solve your problem, or that they degenerate to BlackBerry supported which is the same as the paid support, but if they skyrocket you, you do not pay anything. The problem is that carriers are too lazy to do the climbing when / if necessary.

  • Jabber for Windows and the 'old' Click-to-Call

    Good evening

    Is anyone able to tell me what is the status of Jabber for windows and "Click to call" function

    Prior to Jabber, you could install the stand-alone click to call the client for windows to have the feature, then whith CUPC, you had to use the embedded click to call software for the feature, but now with Jabber, you have the TEL: and benefits: via an HTML page, but what as before, the integration of Microsoft Office (word, outlook, etc...)

    I found no clear information on the subject.

    It is still supported for the stand-alone Click Call software installed with also Jabber for Windows or not?

    Thank you for your reply,

    Kind regards

    You cannot install them on the same PC as they will interfere with each other.

  • "Windows repair centre" call saying I had unnecessary files in my BONES.

    Today, I got a call from someone who sounded like they called it a call centre.  A lot of noise in the background talking.  The number was 253-802-0308. The person spoke with an Indian/English accent.  He said I was with Windows XP and Vista and I had junk files on my computer.  Along, I played for a while see what kind of information they were trying to get.  He directed me to the Start button, right-click computer, and then go to manage.  I told her that I needed an admin password to go further.  Could you please post this on MSN home as an article informing people of the fraud.  I fear that someone as my mother would receive a call and think that it was legitimate.  I called the number back to see if she would be same silver ring in the United States, and one comes from the FTC, stating that the number I was trying to achieve was associated with a Spear Phishing scam.

    Hello

    You did the right thing by not giving any information. Microsoft has none of the unsolicited telephone calls to help you fix your computer.

    In this type of scam cybercriminals are calling you and claim to be of Support technique Microsoft. They offer help with your computer problems. Once scammers have earned your trust, they try to steal and damage your computer with malicious software, including viruses and spyware.

    Although the law enforcement can trace phone numbers, often authors use pay telephones, disposable cell phones or stolen cellular phone numbers. Better avoid fooling themselves rather than try to repair the damage afterwards.

    Treat all unsolicited sceptically telephone calls. Don't provide personal information

    If you receive an unsolicited call from someone who claims to be from Technical Support Microsoft, hang up. We do not have such calls.

  • Horizontal plane shows negative value in the other field dependent demand

    We never seen it before?

    A material Planner open the HP for a given element. There is a value of-6 at the line called another independent demand. Double-click this field to open the PTB, and that returns nothing. We have exported the results of the PTB for the supply of items/photo request and see nothing to represent the-6. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

    ATP creates adjustment rescheduling several times that creates negative demand and sometimes negative supply to balance demand.

    I think she does mainly when you cancel or reschedule an order and unable to find older ATP request to delete. In this case, it creates negative request more supply available since the earliest application must be cancelled.

  • How to fill out a customer request for a customer calls field

    Hello

    When you view a call, if we click on the icon 'Journal New Request', then the popup "New application" appears and you can choose a new request must be created.  When the request is displayed then it is empty.  Is it possible to get the customer when calling, filled on demand which is created?

    I had a peek in "InCallDetails.js" and can see that the NewRequest() function is:

    function NewRequest()
    {
    NAV. Focus();
    NAV. NewRequest (da.) CALL_NUMBER. (Value, 0);
    }

    Is it possible to change settings for customer reference result is transmitted and demand new picks it up?

    Thank you
    Ian

    Yes Mr. Hawkins, you can customize this feature a little to demand, many call field values you want:

    Custom_InCallDetails.js:

    function NewRequest()
    {
       nav.focus();
       // Customization. 2013.03.10. Transferring information from the Call to a New Request.
       // nav.NewRequest(da.CALL_NUMBER.value, 0);
       var Params = "REQUESTOR_REF=USER_REF,CLIENT_CO_REF=CLIENT_COMPANY_REF,LOCATION_REF,REQUEST_DESC=PROBLEM_DESC,REQUEST_DESC_HTML=PROBLEM_DESC_HTML,z_CR_MAIN_BUSINESS_SERVICE_REF=SERVICE_REF";
       nav.NewRequest(da.CALL_NUMBER.value, 0, Params);
    }

    It is even possible to copy objects of the call for a new application. Just tell me if you must.

  • Can block incoming calls from a number?

    We used the blocking calls in the Manager of administration to block some outgoing calls - 900 numbers, 976, etc.. I guess it works. The question I have is if it this or something else can be used to block INBOUND calls. For example, we received, shall we say, a vulgar call. We do want to hear from the appellant in the future. I tried to add my number to test, but I can go very well.
    Based on the documentation, it is not clear to me that it does not block incoming calls.
    Enter a phone number or a model block. For example, to block all calls to the
    858-410-1600 number, enter the number as indicated. It blocks only calls
    place to the specific number is entered.
    Thus, this part specifically calls 'to' this number will be blocked. No mention of calls from this number.
    But then, you can check the box "Outgoing call" to block outgoing calls...
    Check this box to prevent the agents or the Call Center On Demand
    system of automatic reminder to place calls to numbers corresponding to the model
    you have specified. Clear this check box to allow outgoing calls to the numbers corresponding to the
    the model.
    So, why bother with the call-out if adding box it blocks calls to a number (or model) in the first place?
    But, to my immediate problem - then - I block incoming calls?

    To block an incoming call, follow these steps:

    1. create a routing pattern prefix is the number you want to block. One of them will be created for each number block unless you use the AFN or NXX and a wildcard.
    2. create a prefix in the routing group that includes the Microsoft Routing prefix model you just created.
    3. create a new project (or campaign) Menu.
    a. place the default link to disconnect. (You can play an audio first if you wish).
    4. create a new project.
    a. allow a phone project, but do not assign a DNIS.
    b. route all calls to this project from the project Menu has created...
    5 blocking occurs at the level of the project. If the number to be blocked for more than 1 DNIS, make the following change to each of the projects.
    a. open the project in question, and then click the phone tab.
    b. click the routing of Prefix tab and activate the prefix routing.
    c. Select the prefix for the created routing group and that it points to the new project.

    Alternatively, you can make the call blocking since in a campaign, but this requires that each time a new number must be blocked or unblocked, we need to make the change. By using the above steps, the client can add/remove numbers.

  • Anyone who has already seen this error when calling a dll? "Arbitrary.dll?"

    Hey people, I enclose a jpg of the error I get whenever I try and load a vi whose subVIs call a 'library function call '.

    "Double click call function I can check that the ' name of the library or the path ' is correct, and the function name is what I want.

    I do not understand why it tells me I need to "Arbitrary.dll" - the name of the lib is adwgc.dll as shown in the path (I checked).

    Anyone who deals with this error before?  I am naïve enough at the moment, any help will be appreciatized and surely kudo would be!

    Thank you

    -pat

    Edit-also, I'm using LV 2011

    You get this error because adwgc.dll is responsible Arbitrary.dll because internally that whoever wrote adwgc.dll called a function in Arbitrary.dll. Is the only one with this problem to obtain Arbitrary.dll and place it in a folder that adwgc.dll can load it. Put it in the same folder as adwgc.dll should work.

    Where did you get adwgc.dll to and are you sure they provide Arbitrary.dll as well?
