A malfunction in the Dell keyboard

Typing with my Dell keyboard the letters scramble wired, fails to separate when hitting key space, fails in many cases to type the letters without the letters and fails to type all the... During the seizure of E-mails, there have been incidents when the keyboard does not type at all and I click outside the e-mail box and press the space bar and typed data appear in the previously typed. How can this be corrected? Is LSO possible that a real breeze cold could interfere with the response of the keyboard? I only got this challenges because the weather has changed.

Is it a laptop or a keyboard on a PC? If the last try another keyboard and yours
on another machine may be telling.

It can be made repeatedly in Mode safe - F8 tap that you start, however you must also run them

    You bought the new keyboard and it solved the problem for a while.
    Well, in my opinion, there are two possibilities;
    You had a great misfortune and the new keyboard started to malfunction too, or there is something wrong with the keyboard on the mobo controller.

    But it's just my personal suggestion and if you want to know what's not exactly then you should ask a Toshiba ASP in your country for a control of the laptop.

    This is not a BIOS problem
    You said that external keyboard work correctly, this means that keyboard controller and BIOS is OK, but in your case the internal keyboard started to malfunction
    This means that the internal keyboard needs to be replaced

    By the way: you can not Flash the BIOS to NOT compatible version fact is that the update of the BIOS supports some sort of protection, and the update process wouldn't start using bad BIOS.

    I find that if the keyboard does not after sleep or start arriving, simply lift the keyboard out of the surface of the table a few inches and let it fall down.  It will immediately start working.   I think that there is a sensor in the keyboard, which is not always realize or to calibrate properly in coming to life.

    If you have complications beyond the keyboard chip out of sleep, I'd take it upward with the support to push the issue.

    I have a Dell Vostro 1310 (laptop).  My laptop keyboard was working fine until I decided to plug in a keyboard separated from Dell on the USB port, just to give my fingers a break from typing on the small keys of the laptop and then unplugged the keyboard to the keyboard of the laptop again.  Now, when I type using the keys of the laptop, some keys produce different characters on the screen.  This is what happens:

    "uiop' became keys ' 456."
    "jkl;" become "-123"
    "m" becomes "0" and
    '0' becomes ' / '.

    I think it may have something to do with the left button "Fn" Blue right next to the 'Ctrl' key on the lower side of the portable keyboard, because characters that appear match the blue characters on these keys with a malfunction.

    Can someone tell me please how to get these keys again function normally and to prevent this from happening in the future?

    I found the answer on another forum on the Internet.  Press SHIFT + Num Lk to deactivate the mode of operation.
