  But if I do it in this order: update install ActiveX → update → install the update, the two Extensions → Plugin.

  The file currentmajor.xml is a relatively new, 2 versions there are, I think, but it seems to be missing in the file fp_background_update.cab of the release last month. The FlashPlayerUpdateService.exe for the 14.0.0.176 version is looking for this file, and not finding it, which explains why the Plugin is not updatable. Flash Player 15.0.0.152, we published yesterday and I confirmed that the file currentmajor.xml is in the new fp_background_update.cab package.  You can download the new package of the Adobe Flash Player Distribution fp_background_update.cab | Adobe page.  Once you deploy the new package on your server, the currentmajor.xml file must be in the directory of /sau, at the same level as 11, /14/ and 15 (new release of yesterday), and the Plugin should be updated after the ActiveX updates for the new version.

• 4240, blocking some of the traffic between the VLANS local

  I have an IPS 4240 in interface mode inline between our firewall switches and kernel in the periphery. This connection is a trunk with 2 port VLAN, lets call them A and b. everything works fine 100% between the VLANS (the firewall makes routing inter - vlan) except for SSH/telnet of VLAN A VLAN B, which is a big problem.

  Everything works fine, including:

  Web/443/TFTP from A to B

  SSH/Telnet from B to a.

  SSH/Telnet to nowhere A share around the world

  SSH/Telnet from other networks to B

  I removed the IPS of the equation, and everything is back to normal, so something must be up with the PPE.

  This is a new deployment... so the sensor uses its default configuration. I don't see anything stuck. About the only thing that has been set up are the interfaces. I tried different values in the field VLAN by default in menu interface configuration does not, and I don't think it's related to the configuration of VLANS since https/web and everything works fine.

  What I'm missing here? Any ideas?

  There were a few [normalizer engine] signatures that will drop the traffic without alerting. I don't know if they still do, but check for active sigs that use the normalizer engine and is not an alert action.

• Split of static traffic between the VPN and NAT

  We have a VPN from Site to Site that secures all traffic to and from 10.160.8.0/24 to/from 10.0.0.0/8.  It's for everything - including Internet traffic.  However, there is one exception (of course)...

  The part that I can't make it work is if traffic comes from the VPN (10.0.0.0/8) of 10.160.8.5 (on 80 or 443), then the return traffic must go back through the VPN.  BUT, if traffic 80 or 443 comes from anywhere else (Internet via X.X.X.X which translates to 10.160.8.5), so there need to be translated réécrirait Internet via Gig2.

  With the above configuration, we can get to the Internet 10.160.8.5, but cannot cross it over the VPN tunnel (from 10.200.0.0/16).  If I remove the two commands «ip nat inside source static...» ', then the opposite that happens - I can get then to 10.160.8.5 it VPN tunnel but I now can't get to it from the Internet.

  How can I get both?  It seems that when I hit the first NAT instruction (overload Gig2) that 'decline' in the list of ACL-NAT-outgoing punts me out of this statement of NAT.  It can process the following statement of NAT (one of the 'ip nat inside source static... ") but does not seem to"deny"it in the NON - NAT ACL me punt out of this statement of NAT.  That's my theory anyway (maybe something is happening?)

  If this work like that or I understand something correctly?  It's on a router Cisco's Cloud Services (CSR 1000v).

  Your netmask is bad for your 10.0.0.0/8. I worry not about the port/protocol or since that can screw you up. A better way to do it would be to deny all IP vpn traffic.

  When virtual machines are in the same VLAN on the same portgroup traffic will be lit in the virtual switch and will not let the host. Only the DNS request will go to the physical network.

• Authenticate AD then internally store with the same username?

  I know it sounds easy at first sight, but I'm having a nightmare of a time to find a way to make it work.  Our engineers have been used for OUR old ACS 3.2 method where an account was either authenticated against the store internal users or Wwindows AD and you want to duplicate this feature with our new ACS 5.3 configuration.  I fully realize that the two models are not yet close to being similar between these two versions, but I still wonder.

  This is the crux of the problem.  If you have an account jsmith in the internal user with a password store, and also a jsmith in AD with a different password then the system can't manage accounts with the same name when it comes to passwords.

  I have a sequence of internal store configuration to authenticate to AD then the local database.  The problem is that if the user puts the password of the user of internal store ACS server sees that the user exists in AD, but that the password was incorrect and authentication fails.

  Bottom line is that I need a kind of logic that said try to authenticate to AD first with this user name and password and in case of failure instead of end it try to authenticate to the internal store using the given username and password.

  Appreciate any help on this.

  There is a problem with the same username in the two database, like ACS will never try to search for the user in the second database because it will always find in the first database no matter what it is.

  You can create rules based on IP device, location of NDG, Type indicating that if authentication comes from a specific basis for the use of specific device.

  Incase of database RSA to option to consider the password invalid not found user, but it is not available for the AD database.

  It is possible to create a mobile layout, but it stands out from the desktop version. The two may even have completely different content. Thus, Muse can create different versions for mobile, tablet or desktop computer. But they are not sensitive in the true sense of the word. When reduce you the window of the browser on a desktop computer the Muse site switch to the mobile version. A true sensitive site has a central code that contains the content that is adapted to the size of the device or to the browser through different sets of stylesheets in cascade (or querys).

  I hope that future versions combine state of the art reflow with ease of layout of Muse. Management of the three sets of content through Muse, it's a bit complicated today.

  So, you're not wrong, Muse you offers different versions for different devices, but does not allow you to build a real sensitive pages.

  I'm working with an CM100 current sources for the first time. The Builder book "CM100DLL.dll" and when I configure "Call library function node" I get three options of service: Connect, Disconnect, and Reg access. (I'm not very experienced with library feature nodes).

  It's the same usual problem, you'll have to any shared resource. Instead of calling the same software several times at the same time you should make your software up-to-date with multiple users...

  I found a really great tutorial that answers my question.

  the idea is to use the layer of gray to 50% overlay or soft light but hide. The masks are extracted from one of the RGB channels or even a version black and white image you need to dodge/burn.
