  CS Cleaner tool did not work for this problem, but here's what works: I went to the main download Adobe and clicked on 'Try' Photoshop page. During the download process, I got these three options; trial subscription, purchase. I chose the subscription and logged in with my Adobe ID code I was able to successfully download Photoshop, bypassing the MAO. Once installation is complete, I then opened the MAO and did all the updates that are available. Photoshop is now actually installed and displays incorrectly in the MAA. Problem solved.

  I had a lot of trouble installing Acrobat Pro through creative cloud. I click the button install and the percentage goes completely to 100%.
