abolition of post keyframe moves mask

Hello. I have reproduced a layer that has the mask and the position of the keyframes and reverse mask keyframes and remove keyframes for position (to have a static position) on the new layer. Whenever I have delete keyframes for position, mask keyframes will eventually pass. I work in an AE CS6. These are Bézier point ICT position keyframes.  They could be messing you up.  Just reposition the layer.  And if you're animating the mask, know it will move over time, because these key frames have not been deleted.

    In FCP 7 you can do this by pressing the shift and command all by dragging a clip selected in the drawing area, and it shifts the trajectory. Hard to believe that the first is not a similar feature otherwise if you have a complex trajectory in first, then you have no way to move the overall position of the clip.

    All change at the same time, the simple is to use the position of the effect of the transformation parameter (in the sandbox of deformation).

    Just move it to the top of several pixels. No sweat. Easy.

    Now that my project from FCP 5 minutes video clip is over, even if I am a complete and total novice to the iMac, I nevertheless managed burned a DVD via the file > share the menu option and everything went well, but now I want to download the .mov on YouTube, but is unable to determine to WHICH many files created in this project is the one to download!  It seems that many files are named "Untitled" and I do not seem to know how to find ONE with a .mov extension.

    At the top left of my screen of the FCP is the list of "Libraries" that after that I developed all the arrows to point down looks like this:

    If you haven't guessed, the name of my project is "T.V. Age" and I expected to find somewhere on the computer, a file named, 'T.V. Age.mov' or somethjng like that for me to download on YouTube, but I can't find THE .mov files.  Maybe I don't know how to market the Finder option to display filenames WITH extensions?

    I'm hoping that someone with enough time on their hands and understanding in their hearts will take the time to help me locate the .mov that as well as help me correctly name this library Untitled in the zone without good libraries course disrupt the integrity of the completed video-music that is always open on the timeline, even if I don't there anymore since my work with her is over , but the only "CLOSE button" I see is 'close library Untitled' button on the file menu.  I don't see even its end (the *) project button!  The only way I see how close my project is to close the program, but I doubt if it's true.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    If you did burn a DVD, then you did burn a DVD, you export any file can be used.  Share > main folder > Audio + video and download that ProRes file resulting.  Or use the built-in YouTube option to upload directly to YouTube.

    You don't "close" anything in the part of the timeline, it is useless.  You would simply open a new project or other media type of container, in the part of the timeline.

  • Case Rotobrush & mask Keyframe Question

    Hello

    I wanted to just make sure that the sample here is a case of Rotobrush.  Of course I've never used before, but I want to retain the color, (excuse the mask of shit), I created in the water in the first shot, of the sequence of cuts throughout.  When the woman is moving on the aquarium, I'll need to rotoscope it correct?  Any tips?  However, I will be reading the manual!

    And the mask question - I should know this, but for some reason, (in another comp), my rearranged mask shape helene.  It was the same tank that you see above, but it was a dolly shot and the tank has not changed shape!  You will laugh but I ended up resetting the points of mask in 291 frames, and it still does not like variations in forms of mask created a flicker after applying the correction of color, levels etc..

    I wouldn't be able to go to the end of the model.  Draw the shape of the mask I want, keyframe mask shape; then go at the beginning of the comp - set the position of the mask and the keyframe again.  Please tell me where I'm wrong!

    And; is there a way to keyframe a "transformation" of the shape of the mask over time?  Basically, change the size and shape of the mask, I couldn't make this image by image.

    Tops is just another word for anchor points / nodes in the path. Not sure I understand the rest of your post this late in the evening. My brain is pretty chewed... You can move masks in their entirety by double-clicking on. This will call up the free transform box. Therefore, it would be a simple way to keep all proportion. AE can have an infinite number of masks per layer (well 9999 or so at least) and they even Boolean modes for more fantasy. This is not different from that of PS, in fact its even more versatile since you can reorder the masks and change their lifestyles without invoking obscure keyboard shortcuts. I recommend that you look that up in help. During the follow-up, you would connect the solid position, since points in AE mask themselves are not easy to follow. Yet once, find it in the help or study a good tutorial (such as Mathias Möhl).

  • Linear keyframe on a shape mask?

    I applied a mast of form to a video and when I add keyframes to make it move in the clip, do it with gentleness keyframes (movement starts slow, speeds up, slow ends). However, I need the linear keyframes (I am tracking an object moving at a constant speed and can not have keyframes by changing the speed of my mask.

    Unfortunately, I do not see my keyframes and the follow-up of the lines on the viewer with the mask effect shape the same as I would on a transformation operation. I tried two finger clicking (a MBPro here) on the keyframe in the Inspector, but it doesn't seem to be selectable for nothing but tilt head on and outside. I don't see anywhere in the Viewer to click and adjust the image type (linear/smooth) key on the shape of the mask either.

    Any thoughts? I'm on a MBPro 2011 17 "10.11.12 running and FCPX 10.2.2

    You can see keyframes in video animation in the timeline Control-V controls.

    But unfortunately there is no option to change the interpolation of keyframes. You must use your comments to make a feature request.

    You can also watch TrackX of CoreMelt, which is ideal for what you want to do.

  • Will no work Alt drag to move keyframes in time

    So I try to move keyframes in time by holding down the option/Alt (macbook) and dragging them to the left, but simply of them moving out of the timeline and will not work.

    How can I fix it?

    Works fine for me in all versions of AE and all properties. I suspect you are using bad technique.

    Here's what you do. Select all the keyframes for the properties you want to change. Hold down the alt/option key and click the last keyframe on the right and drag to change the relative spacing between keyframes. Click anywhere in the line and drag or any other keyframe and all keyframes move without changing the synchronization between them.

    Just to be clear, if you have three set keyframes, one 0, one in 10 frames and other 20 pictures and you select all keyframes, hold down the alt/option key and click on and drag the keyframe at 20 images of 40 images, you now have a keyframe to 0, the second keyframe to 20 images and the last keyframe to 40 images but if you click anywhere another keyframe in the line and drag they will all move them. If you have 50 keyframes in a property and you heck around images-10 keys environment, then you hold down the alt/option key and drag the last selected keyframe the first selected keyframe will stay put and the rest will move to readjust the animation between keyframes selected.

    Been charged the research in these forums, in vain, to see if the following is possible (or more likely, what I'm doing wrong):

    Move my audio (as well as my video) to the bottom of the timeline a bit and have (audio) keyframes move with it.

    What I do exactly is:

    -Select the timeline, and Ctrl-A (select all)

    -Then, click my mouse on the selected area and drag and drop a little media to the bottom of the timeline

    -All media moves very well, BUT in my A2 audio track keyframes don't move

    Video key I move very well.

    Track keyframes is currently extracted audio on A2. I tried to select the keyframes of the elements, but no difference when moved. the keyframes remain in the same original place.

    It is even possible to do what I have to do... or do I have to redo my keyframes manually as the keyframes of the elements?

  • Lock the position of the mask in FCPX?

    I have an image I want to move from right to left (I'm trying to simulate someone hit to swipe an image on their phone). But I need to be masked so that when the image is moved, it is not just move from one place to the screen to the other (it must be enclosed in a mask). When I apply a mask in FCPX the mask moves with the image. I have to be able to stop it. Is it possible to do? It seems like the simplest thing in the world, but I don't see how it can be done. And Yes, I tried keyframing the mask but because his move with the image, it is dragged in every sense. If the movement is necessary so how would I do it in motion?

    You don't need a movement.

    Create the animated clip of right to the Center - stop - center to the left. Create a clip consisting of it and add the mask to the compound clip.

    You capture shows your content of layer and the layer mask are linked.   • Bug in dialog box "... the form" adjustment of the mask?

    I just posted this in the Adobe bug report, but wanted to make sure it is a bug of software, not a personal fault. Did anyone else encounter this problem and have you found a solution?  Thank you!

    Problem: Definition left and right side a rectangular mask to the same number in the mask dialog box "Form."... "causes the mask to be unusable.

    Steps to reproduce the Bug:

    1. create a new model of px 500 x 500, new comp solid size and double-click Rect. mask tool to create a full size mask.

    2 adjust the mask using the "Shape" dialog box to set the left and right to 250. Output dialog.

    3.re - enter in the dialog box and try to make any changes to the left and to the right, or try to reset the rectangular box.

    Results:

    The changes will not be saved out of the dialog box.  This is the case when you work with keyframes or not. It should also be noted that if a mask is done this way, then a new keyframe, the mask is "reset", the shape will not change, but I noticed that points are.

    It seems that when the mask sharing the left and right sides identical, it confuses the points and cannot properly open the mask up.

    I saw your bug report and was able to reproduce the problem.

    The problem occurs only when the left/right or up/down pairs have exactly the same value. Changing the value of the left or top will also change the law or low value, respectively. and change the value to the right or bottom is not saved when you OK from the dialog box.

    My hunch is that this bug is related to the logic in the form of mask Panel that corrects the values so that the left value can never be greater than the fair value or the value never greater than the background value. (This logic ensures that left is always left or right and top are always above the background.)

    This bug seems to have been in After Effects at least several years (9.0 or a previous version). Anyway, apologies for the disruption.

  • You can animate an object (of a position effect) using a mask (AE)?

    So I'm animating a stray light (AE Lens Flare effect applied to a black layer solid base defined on screen, Flare Center) to follow the end of the line graph "grows". I did the graphic animated by making several points of mask and application of race (solid layer) and the percentage of 'End' keyframing.

    However, I realized that I I want to change the speed in the future and it would be very useful if there was a quick way to also change the position of the center of the Lens Flare without going through a ton of keyframe points. I was wondering if there was a way I could just parent the Center Flare path at the same mask (or a way to follow) and control the speed with less keyframes or anything that works. Pickwhipping "flare Center" at the end of the line "" just changes the values both horiz and green what is the percentage.

    After searching other forums/tutorials, I've not found a way yet.

    After Effects CS6

    You don't have to do it all.  Highlight the property of retouching.  All keyframes highlight.  Right click on one and use the Rove across time control.  Now when you move the beginning or ending keyframe on the timeline, between both keyframes move.  Very handy to speed up or slow down.

  • match the keyframes when you paste the path

    Hi all

    I'm trying to figure out how to copy a path (mask) in the thickness of a line.  The race follows the path.

    I have two channels on a single layer. I apply a line on one of the layers by using a path, then move the race via the 'end' stopwatch and use percent complete.

    I have two paths on the layer, they are sequential.

    On a layer above the layer with the strokes and the railways (masks), I have a small blue ball which

    I want to follow the paths that I created and move in harmony with the race.

    I copy the paths of keyframes in the position of the blue ball, but the position of the ball

    does not match the position of the race, at least in terms of timing. I would like the stroke and the ball to move

    at the same speed and position, as the 'balloon' preparing the white race.

    I am confused on how to get this to work - I think it has to do with the keyframe time vs. position keyframes.

    any ideas on that?

    Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop

    If the timing is your only problem, just open the position property and look at keyframes. There should be a diamond in the form of key at each end with a bunch of small round between the two keyframes. Between the two keyframes are set in cahoots with time. All you have to do is drag the keyframe to the left where it matches the keyframe at the end of your race. Things must match perfectly.

    If you need to vary the speed of the race, you will need to adjust the position of the round little in position keyframes so that they match. This changes the keyframes move you and it takes a bit of trial and error.
