• Receive an error about a missing file message when I try to open Firefox

  When I tried to open Firefox today I received a message about a missing (Wrusr.ddl) file and that Firefox was not able to open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it did not work. I have no idea what this file is or where it went. I used Firefox 2 days ago and it was working fine. The only thing that changed between then and now was that I renewed my antivirus software but I certainly did not remove all the files and I made sure that Firefox is permitted to access the internet. I use this same software (Webroot) with Firefox for years and never had any problems until today. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I've included a screenshot of the error message below.

  Here is an example that works. In the example, the generated COD file is com_foo_Foobar, Foobar is the root for the COD file directory and Foobar.java is the main application class. The MP3 is at the root of the directory "/" the COD file. Notice the "Class.forName" call and how not intuitive that the root is specified in the parameter of this string. • Consolidate files vmdk (lack of snapshots)

  I made the mistake of trying to free up space by deleting all snapshots, and then decide the ESX Server was insensitive and rebooted. I got the chance to still have virtual machines of work later. I now 17 files vmdk disk of the virtual machine, but given that the snapshots have been deleted, I can't delete just them. Is there an easy way to consolidate in the vmdk to parent?

  To consolidate all snapshots, you need to make sure that all the file descriptor and the discs are in the same directory, I would advice if you can make a copy of the entire folder first if you have enough space. Now for consolidation, you need to make sure that the first you cross all the descriptor files and make sure you have the correct mapping of PID and CID. PID: Disk Parent, CID: the child disk.

  Lets say you start from the base.vmdk, it will not all PID as the parent root it will be 00001.vmdk CID, of same will PID as the basis and CID 00002.vmdk 00001.vmdk you must ensure that this channel is maintained by the last disk.

  Once this is done then you can run vmkfstools-i on the latest snapshot of disk and create a new destination disk that will be the new combined disk that will have all of the snapshots are committed on the basic disk.

• Satellite Pro L10: Question about saving the files on a CD

  Please can someone tell me how I can save a typed document (produced in Word or similar) on the CD? I don't have a floppy drive on my satellite pro L10 portable. Have 'saved' music using the immediate recording before, but now need to record your actual work on the hard disk for transport to a pc with access to a printer.

  When I tried it told me incorrect function, contact administrator (that's me!) I tried CD - R and CD - RW discs and neither would not let me save the file on it. would be grateful for any advice regarding this.

  Hi Roy,

  First of all, you will ned to ensure that you have enabled logging on oprical drive you. For this a right-click on the CD-ROM in my computer icon and then selecting "properties-> recording. Make sure that "Enable CD writing on this drive" is checked.

  Once you have done the above, you can simply drag the documents that you want to copy on the CD-ROM icon in my computer.

  Note that the burning process does not happen immediately. Windows caches the files to be placed on your hard drive first and then you can burn all documents cached only once.

  Alternatively, you may find that some third-party software has been bundled with your portable computer, which performs a similar function the standard Windows CD burn software.

  Second issue (assuming that my answer is not), is on the creation of playlist. Looks like I have to do inside WMP playlists and then sync it to the top? Is there another way? I read an old thread on the use of other software to generate the playlist, but my playlist would be basically all the songs in a particular folder (the one I'm talking to the 2nd paragraph).

  Yes, with the most recent firmware, you can browse and read in folder.

• On my local disk, there is all about random alphanumeric files

  On my hard drive, just in C:\ there are alphanumeric files such as:

  and the other six files randomly. What are these files? And is it OK if I remove them?

  If you don't know what something is - Google it.  Unless you run low space - leave would be.  It should not be difficult to navigate in any case.  When you browse is * not * where will the regular users (even the developers normally).  You try to clean things, there is probably no need cleaning. ;-)
   
  I think you can go too delete happy and when people get like this - I have two questions:
   
  (1) how are your backups?  Not just backups "your stuff" with regard to the files you created, but your installation media, product, emails, contacts, music, photos keys, etc.?
  (2) why you delete everything?  Do you need the space or you're going a little OCD?  Better, some things are left to themselves.  What may be safe for a person to delete could be disastrous for another.

  What type of hub? If it's a 3005, you wouldn't need an upgrade of startup code.

  Hi, after looking at the html code, and other information for each topic, skin, master page, image, settings, project settings, the stylesheet, the file of a baggage car (javascript to add a "print" key to exit), all options under heading properties (such as unused files), my output (webhelp) configuration and other settings for my new project of webhelp , I can't seem to locate the source of the next 'generate' warning that I get:

  (My apologies if you have already tried this. "It is always difficult to know what exactly people did before posting, despite the provided info.)

  Maybe try to find and replace in files (Ctrl + Shift + F in RH11) to see what files contain the reference to the file.

  Find: xyz_index.pdx

  Search in: current project

  Files of type: *. * (this will search js, hts, pss etc. files, no htm files only)

  Expand "Display options" and check "include subfolders."

  Find out all and see which files are returned. That might give you a clue where to look. But be very very careful because this query will display the files behind the scenes that you must be careful to change. In addition, if you build in a subfolder of your project (for example by default! SSL! folder) you can get a bunch of output files returned - you should ignore these for the moment that you just want to find where it is referenced in the source.
