Account comments wireless problems

Hello. We have a new wireless network that includes the System Console wireless, two 4402 controllers and 61-1131 AP it seems that when a user logs on to the guest wireless account and connects to a particular access point, a user who may be sitting right next to him, cannot connect. We have had no luck with this diagnosis and would like to know if anyone has had the same problem or ideas on it. Thank you very much.

Both users are connecting with the same credentials (username & password)? If so and it is the desired behavior, you must configure the system to allow multiple simultaneous connections per user. I think that a setting of 0 allows an unlimited number of simultaneous connections under the same username.

Finally, I managed to connect after I restarted my laptop and enjoyed every 10 minutes without internet connectivity before wireless problem network come fall and now does not appear in my list of networks once again, even if the wireless light is still on.

Ethernet connection still works, but not via the wireless.

  • S10 - 3T wireless problem

My rig to receive yesterday and fought wireless problems.  Thought, he was my network for some time and found if I close the 3 t of the network works fine.

The 3 t at this point works well on the network but sometimes slow.  However any TIME that I try to download a file, it works as usual for a while then just dies.

Stop downloading and it is surfing.  It seems also to kill or slow down the network to a crawl at the same time.

I tried to update the drivers in Device Manager and it says they are the best already.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you for your understanding.

The ends of the ongoing saga I think.

I went to Burger King this morning and connected to their hot spot and the thing that worked great - downloaded a large file on site.

Lenovo, I called and they told me to uninstall the software Lenovo 5 ready.  I did and rebooted and it worked fine and still seems to work very well ;-)  They said that it causes conflicts.

Worked on my unit anyway.  This happens on a platform of Asus here one year, their uninstalled software and it worked fine.

  • Comments account file sharing problems

Hello, I am running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, and I would be grateful for some assistance.

I made the mistake of activation of the account of comments on my computer when I put in place. The guest account is disabled now (from the applet to the Panel control user accounts), but he left a 'Guest' in my user (C:\Users) directory folder.

My problem occurs when I set up the network for sharing a folder or a file in my main user account; the record of the whole guest user gets shared so that any folder or file I share from my main user account. The real problem is that anyone on my network can write and edit anything that is in the folder of the guest user, so, network users can add files voluminous what whatsoever in the directory of the guest user.

I tried to check the permissions of guest user folder and settings of sharing and, from what I see, I should not be facing this problem.

Sharing files in my main user account works as it should.

    What should I do?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    What should I do?

I would like to delete the profile of the prompt (c:\Users\Guest) folder.

  • x 240 Wireless problems

Let me start by tackling the problem. My wireless connection drops at a time, network connection, either by saying that I have "limited access" to the network or that no internet access is available. The way I've been solving this problem is to disconnect from the network and then reconnecting, often forces me to go through the section "troubleshooting." After troubleshooting, Windows tells me that it fixes a problem with the "access point", and then I'm reconnected. Needless to say, it is unacceptable to be occurring once every 30 minutes or more. I need a stable internet connection... quite within reasonable limits, I think.

In Device Manager, I go to the network adapters and the listed device is Intel Wireless N-7260. The drivers installed so there are has version 16.1.3.1. It shows the date of the pilots there from August 1. I've been seeing a lot of messages about the missing product wireless lan drivers, but also drivers bluetooth? I don't exactly know if my computer is missing these drivers, but I'd appreciate really comment to solve this problem. If I can't get a reliable connection to the internet, I'll have to return the product. Thank you.

  • 24.5.0 - deleted mail account and have problems with a new false folder

    Hello

I've been messing around with my Thunderbird data, so this problem is of my own making I think.

I deleted an e-mail account using my provider configuration area. It was an e-mail account that I had set up initially at his accession to this provider and contained only test messages etc and was therefore no other use.

I had implemented this e-mail in Thunderbird and after deleting the account with my ISP I then removed the account in Thunderbird. Everything seemed to be OK.

Now, to confuse the issues. I had already set up a list of folders under local folders for emails filtered into Thunderbird - I now moved their in my main account by click/drag and drop on the name of the account. Although it has taken a lot of time (and unexpectedly used a huge amount of bandwidth), the operation seemed at last to the end (even though it was really hard to determine until I finally found the activity monitor).

Now, to the point of this ad:

After all the above, I discovered that a false file was created under the Inbox of my main account, called "new % 20Folder = 0' that I read in the new folder-0. I don't know at what point in the above that this issue has appeared, but I * think * I must have dragged / dropped one of my folder moves on the Inbox instead of the account name field.

Now, dear readers, if you've got so far, most of my problem. I can not remove this folder when I try, I get the message

The current operation on the "new % 20folder-0"failed." The e-mail server for the account * answered the folder does not exist.

I tried a bunch of things, change the settings in its properties, etc, but I have no reason to delete.

Question is: How can I remove it?

    I'd do it:

    (a) check on the website of the the email provider to check if he had copied here and cope. Your mention of bandwidth suggests it is an IMAP-connected account.

    (b) close Thunderbird, open their profile , and delete the offending file there. You need to browse your profile for a while understand its structure before doing anything rash.

In General, I discourage users to drag files just as you did. By all means, drag the content (even better, use to select, then right click and "copy to" or "move to"), but moving files is IMHO indefinite operation with unpredictable results. I've heard talk of users move a folder from one account to another and find that it always associated with (i.e. "belongs to") the original account.

  • Connectivity with printer Epson wireless problems.

Epson printer indicates that the wi - fi connection is excellent. The connection to devices also indicates that the signal strength is excellent. However, when I go to print it tells me that there is no wireless printer! This happens with the iMac, iPad and iPhone. This just started happening about 2 weeks ago.

  • Cause first of the wireless problem?

I've had my laptop repaired a week ago, as the wireless card was more is detected. I bought a dv6258se in Feb ' 07, he was really running hot, the GPU ran above 80 ° C, 55 ° C CPU all idling. I installed F.3D as soon as it was released in Nov ' 07 and there really the time down, and a year later, the wireless gave out. The motherboard was originally a 30B 7 Quanta, and it's still a 30B 7 Quanta, flashed with the version of BIOS F.40 even if my the driver model page shows later as F.3D.

So, what's the problem? I can probably keep it on the downlow time if it was caused by excessive heat. If I got was a band-aid to keep me more of the extended warranty, while HP does not solve the problem for free once again, then they did a very good job of it. I have not enough income available Clipboard $ 1100.

F3D is the last Messenger for your model:

  • ZBook 14 wireless problem solved!

For a few months now, my ZBook 14 (still under warranty) drivers wireless (Intel Wireless - N 7260 BN) were not loading at startup about 50% of the time.  Pilots would almost always successfully load if I restarted, but it was aggravating circumstances somehow.  I called HP Elite ZBook Technical Support and they walked me through several stages, including the uninstall and re - install the latest drivers, but nothing helped.  They arranged for a HP field Support Technician (FST) to install a new wireless card.  Personally, I thought it was a hardware problem, but that seemed to be their next step.

So, today, their TSP arrived and quickly installed my new wireless card.  Well, it does not solve my problem, so she put the old card in and then began to make inquiries.  What she found is that even though my computer reported that he had the latest version of the BIOS installed, there is NO!  06/02/15, I allowed my computer to update to the latest version of the BIOS, which then was 01.30 (release date 09/12/14).  However, she discovered that a subsequent update of the BIOS (01.30 A) had been released only a week after the patch (dated 12/15/14) 01.30 in the desription of the BIOS update he said that it was precisely to add support for my card Intel Wireless-N 7260 BN

Big CONGRATULATIONS to the girl TSPS for gap identification and the new installation of the BIOS update solved my wireless card problems!  I apparently never thought that because my computer reported that he had the latest version of the BIOS installed, and which does not recognize my "HP Support Assistant" software it was a newer BIOS available, either!

Just for an update, even after my ZBook is update to the latest version of the BIOS (01.30 A), my "HP Support Assistant" software always reports that my version of BIOS is 01.30.  It of like the software recognizes numeric characters, but can not see the Alpha "A" character.  Just thought that info may help someone.  Proof that you can't ALWAYS trust your HP Support Assistant software...

    Hey

I just bought this laptop that was used I installed very different drivers for the wireless, but none of them work. I also have a problem with the battery.

I think there is a problem with the network card if yes is it difficult to replace?

Sorry for the foreign language: P

One of the photos shows the network cards and it seems that your Tecra supports processors Intel 2200 802.11 B/G WLan card

Go to Device Manager and check if the WLan Intel 2200 card is recognized.

If it s not, install the driver WLan Intel (Intel PRO/Wireless 2200/2915) which can be found here:
    http://APS.toshiba-tro.de/WLAN/?page=downloads

the first photo shows only Intel ProSet is just and only the tool for configuring Intel Wlan driver and NOT so possibly the driver WLan is missing.
