Acrobat 11 second computer installation, no product calling it on the second computer
About three years ago, I installed Acrobat 11 on my old computer. At the time where I got a product calling, which I suppose that I uninstalled it a long time ago. I recently got a new (to me) and installed computer Acrobat 11 on this computer, using the serial number. It would be the second installation of the computer. I get a message that the serial number is valid, but a product calling is not found on this computer. I understand that, since the product qualifying would have been on computer offers th and uninstalled. How can I activate the 11 Acrobat on the new computer please?

As indicated, with an upgrade (apparently what you bought) you will get a request for both the new S/N in the old S/N - assuming that a qualifying product is not installed).

The reason why you get this message is because you are trying to install a version of Acrobat upgrade.
During the upgrade, you will be asked to enter the serial number twice. The first option is when you enter the serial number for the product you have purchased.
The second time, you must enter the serial number for the previous version.
Therefore, please enter the serial number. the previous version of Acrobat on the second line.

I uploaded a second copy of Acrobat Pro DC on my desk. When I click on the desktop icon, I asks me to sign in. After selecting this option, I get a message: "your computer is offline or your computer's clock is set incorrectly. I am connected to the internet and I'm aware my clock is set properly at time of Perth, Australia. I tried resetting the clock to another Australian time and also tried to make the changes to the recommended startup options in the online help. Can anyone please suggest what I could do wrong so that I can use this great application?

Make sure that the LAN settings is set to detect settings automatically.
(1) open Control Panel and then click on the network and Internet"" option.
2) click on Internet options, click on the tab "connections".
(3) in the 'Connections' tab, select 'LAN' settings, you will be able to view the LAN settings box.

Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.
It will start the update process.
When done, launch Acrobat Pro DC and try to connect.

The product 'calling' is your old Acrobat - 9 or X. You need the serial number of this old version.
