Acrobat DC registration with creative Cloud account
I can't save my Acrobat DC with my CC account. I tried to use my CC number in the registration through market and it says invalid. I agree with just go back to the older version of Acrobat, but it's not give all my options for this and I think that I had to accept of it undownload during installation. I know at work, I was able to download DC with my CC account which is what I would do. Help, please!

It has been several times Acrobat Pro wants to update with creative, in order to update cloud, but everytime, at one time, he says that it is impossible to install the update, because the current version has been modified (?). So it seemed like a bug and I let go.

Yeeees! I found the problem! For all installations! X, XI and 11.0.04!
The problem: I moved the folder tmp of Mac OS in a hard drive named "Macintosh HD". The Acrobat installer do not like to all spaces in folder names. Perhaps Adobe could solve this problem, one day, regarding the whole mess around this installation of # $@ and Acrobat.
The solution: move your tmp folder on another place where there is NO ROOM. That way, after opening the Terminal application:
sudo Ditto/private/tmp/Volumes/your_hdd_name_without_spaces/private/tmp
sudo rm - rf/private/tmp
sudo ln-s/Volumes/your_hdd_name_without_spaces/private/tmp/private/tmp
And everything is in order now. Or should be.

Reinstall Acrobat on Mac with creative cloud
I'm trying to reinstall Acrobat XI on a Mac under OS 10.7.5 using the desktop app creative cloud or the web site. Both show that the application is "up to date" and do not offer the option to download, even if it was previously uninstalled with the Adobe uninstaller in the Utilities folder. How can I reinstall?
Disable the Suite. Run the cleanup tool:

I just changed my computer and I have a subscription with creative cloud but my online account settings now say I didn't... but I do pay by adobe lately, September 11... .so now my PhotoShop is now in test mode... I'm not sure that anyone here can solve this problem... but since I'm a member during the period of 90 days cat I don't see any other options...

I know that it is possible for Acrobat DC although we have not yet done this. We have a small number of users who have multiple applications of CC (or the entire suite CC) and we give these accounts CC and CC desktop application. The problem is to manage this, so give them administrative rights for the updates. There are at least 25 users of older versions of Photoshop that we want to be up-to-date with SCCM. Management of these users through the cloud and their giving all administrator rights are not desirable.
It depends on what type of license you have. If you have individual or team CC, then you will need to have the user connect using their Adobe ID
If you have an ETLA with Enterprise CC then you have access to the serial numbers and can build a package serialized with Creative Cloud Packager.

I have a Lenovo Windows 10 PC and have encountered some problems with creative cloud recently.
More important, I'm currently unable to open one of the applications. My membership is up to date when I check on the website of Adobe, but I ran into a problem where some kind of loop connection is produced, never allowing me to open an application. I used alternatives at the same time, hoping that it was a software bug. But recently, I'm only invited to use a trial version of the software and never reach the login screen after that trial is in place, as it is in a loop 'Validation of software '.
I have many problems with the Pro premier in recent months as well, but this is probably not the forum for these questions. I appreciate any direction or help get the apps don't works for me even once, I'm a bit sick of the use of Pixlr free when I paid for Photoshop.

Can not connect 2 devices with creative cloud
Hi, I have a creative cloud account and have problems to connect the two devices with the same account.
Normally, I should not have questions this.
On the first device works perfectly. But when I connect from the second device (I disconnect from the first), I get only trial versions of apps, some of them has expired and I can't verify license.
'No subscription found' message. But on the applications tab, all the applications are installed.
I don't see what the problem is.

You should not have to log out or if it's just two devices. A subscription allows having two devices signed in at the same time.

I was put on hold for 2 hours at Creative Cloud account team: How can I actually talk to someone?
It's crazy, and I'm starting to believe that no one will ever actually answer the phone. How can I communicate with the agents of the team account? All transfers me to the people 'Team account' and I end up waiting forever. First time I tried, I hung up after 44 minutes. This time, on that I maintain for 1 hour and 53 minutes. I have a Mac OS 10.11.4. When I shut down my computer with creative cloud still in market, instead of being launched to restart like other programs, I get a message saying "Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the cloud creative... "It happens every day, and every day I have to reinstall CC.
If I don't let CC running when I stopped, after a restart, the screen CC is empty - and I have to reinstall CC to make it work. I tried several proposals, including ensuring that the permissions for all users are "read and write" for Adobe files and change the opm.db to opm_old.db file and restart CC. None of them have solved my problem.
Once the CC is reinstalled and I signed my account, everything works fine. But why should I do this every day?

Hello! If you want to remove your Behance profile, you can do so by following these steps:
1. go to your 'me' tab > visit Account Settings > tap the 'Delete account' - here, you will have the option to delete.
* Please note - all the destruction of profile Behance are permanent and cannot be recovered. All content and stats will be erased. Deletion of a Behance profile will not affect your Adobe ID
