"Acrobat Pro XI Trial has expired" Error Message

I agree with creative cloud and have Acrobat Pro XI, among other programs, a monthly subscription.

Today I got an error message in 'Trial Acrobat XI a expiré' when I tried to open a pdf document, and also when I tried to open the program via a shortcut on my desktop.

I was able to use Photoshop today.

What is happening with Acrobat Pro XI?

  1. Open the CC app
  2. If necessary, leave CC full automatic updates aPP and connect out of it.
  3. Sign in with your Adobe ID
  4. Open the Acrobat CC application.

The prompt that you get for "trial has expired" also has a "this software license" icon in the lower left corner.

Please click & Connect, the trial be converted to subscription. Please try this & let us know if it worked for you.
