Using the restore to the Dell USB image assist, trying to add cab for E6510 I get an error message indicating

"E6510-WIN7-A11-19W13.
Compatible models:
E6510

No further details on the other models not compatible.

The cab file, I try to use for our E6510, is "E6510-win7-A11 - 19W13.CAB.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and

What do you mean by "driver support?
