  I'm sorry that you run into problems installing with AIR.  Microsoft has just released a new utility that can help to resolve installation problems.  Would you mind giving it a try and let us know how it works for you?  When you run the patch, go through the uninstall process and trying to remove Adobe AIR on your system.  Once finished, download the latest version of AIR and install again.

• I'm an admin, but I do not have full administrator permissions?

  Recently, I deleted an administrator account on my computer and got an admin instead, due to the fact that I am the only user now. I keep trying to download something for a game in the Program Files folder, but when I try, it says that I need permission of the administrator. I also tried to make no read-only files, and I got the same thing in General. I needed the administrator permission to continue. It only gives me a place to put a password. The first message tells me that I need an admin approval and apply. The second problem (replacing the files read-only) tells me that I need admin permission to continue, then allows me to continue anyway but doesn't really change the files. I'M AN ADMIN! Is there a way to fix this? (This problem also happening before I deleted the account admin original.)

  You can try to fix it with Safe Mode - repeatedly press F8 as you bootup. The ADMIN account in trunk
  Mode has no default password (unless someone has changed the password so it should be available).

  To make another account with your same password - ADMIN upgrade - REBOOT (do not only closing session) and
  connect that account - you can download to use it? (make two ADMIN accounts - one in case you
  to migrate to it and another to test and difficulty).

  Follow these steps and check if the problem persists.

  You can try setting the default Administrator account and check if you can solve the problem.
  It is a security feature in Vista that will let you do it from any other account except the administrator account.
  a. click the Start button
  (b) in the Start Menu, click all programs followed accessories
  c. in the menu accessories, right-click on command line option
  d. in the drop-down menu that appears, click on the "Run as Administrator" option
  e. If you have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, you will be asked for permission before the opening of the command line. You simply press the button continue if you are the administrator or insert password etc.
  f. in the command prompt window, type the command net user administrator / Active: Yes and press ENTER.

  To run a command as Administrator file, you must click on it & select run as administrator.  Despite being connected with an Admin-level account, individual actions like yours needs as the run as Admin permission.  This is the way Windows works.

  

  You cannot add anything in a batch file to run as an administrator.

  You will see the system's responses to your batch file by adding a last line containing just the word break [test]

  "Wish only to send the file1.bat for users" - you must give them instructions to run as admin.  Since the instructions are necessary in all cases, then you might as well keep it simple by sending them a shortcut in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder and url of msn [shortcut].  In your email, you can tell them to use the first shortcut [Startup folder] to get to the good copy of place and then * the second [msn url] in there, giving approval to the Admin when / if * it is called for.

  Some target computers may have lower security settings [settings "UAC"] meaning permission Admin is not necessary, but since you do not know that in advance, you will have to warn that it may be necessary.

  If there are multiple users on each computer only one of them has to do this on each machine.  You must choose a user who is either an Admin user who knows the password for this computer.  If you ask each individual user to do this, then only the first will be something to see; others may follow your instructions, but they will see that it has already been done and he can stop then.

  Since you are not able to create an administrator account, I suggest you to enable the built-in Administrator account.

  1. you must start the computer by using the Windows 7 installation media.

  Follow the steps in http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/what-are-system-recovery-options#what-are-system-recovery-options=windows-7 to enter the recovery options in Windows 7.

  Note: See the manual of the computer to change the Boot order in the BIOS and set the CD/DVD as first boot device.

  2. Once you start the computer by using the Windows 7 installation disc, follow the instructions on the screen then go food Advanced Options and select command prompt.

  In the command prompt, type net user administrator / Active: Yes

  After the command finishes, restart the computer and then log on to the administrator account by default, change the account type of the old user account and make as administrator and check if you are able to change the settings.

  Follow the steps in the http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows7/change-a-users-account-type to change the account type of the user account.

  Once you have set the administrator type account with your user account, disable the default user account by following these steps.

  1. login to your user account.

  2. open the command prompt, type cmd. exe in the run search and right click on cmd.exe and select Run as Administrator.

  3. type net user administrator / active: No.

  This will disable the built-in Administrator account.

I created two types of switches and routers to the title of network resources: network device groups. I've added instruments under network resources: network devices and the AAA Clients. I created two groups Admin and ReadOnly under users and identity stores: identity groups. I have a user created under users and identity store: internal identity store: users and it is part of all the groups: Admin.

  Under policy elements: authorization and permissions > peripheral Administration > profile Shell, I created two profiles. Priv15 with default privilege and both active and both change the maximum value of 15. Priv1 has only the default privilege enabled with a level of 1. I created ReadWrite, ReadOnly and restricted under elements of the policy: authorization and permissions > peripheral Administration > command sets. I activated the permit any command in the table to the left and ReadWrite disabled for others. I placed permit sh * as a starter for the set ReadOnly command.

  I can't know how to associate this with an access policy. I think it's the next step? I think I need to add a policy through access policies: Access Services > Default Device Admin permission to tie these pieces together.   I think that once I have a bacic place and make it work that I can add something more complex. Most of the samples I've pulled out of EAC were older versions and all screenshots are completely different. I also have not found anything a complete example. I use the following on the switch and seem to have some success. At least, I'm invited to the user name and password.

  Rule names can be anything you want. They will appear in the list in the order in which they are created, but you can change this by highlighting a rule and then moving upwards or downwards using the controls at the bottom of the window displaying the rules. Rules are evaluated top to bottom and first match wins, so take this into account to decide on the criteria for each rule and its position on the list.

  Note the button 'Customize' on the lower right part of the list of rule window, click on it to add more items to the list of available criteria.

• Firewall cannot power on. Unable to connect to WiFi.

  I have a Samsung PC with Windows 7 Home Premium. I have several problems with it. First of all, I have constantly to the little flag in the bottom right of my screen telling me that there are 5 questions with my PC, but above all it tells me that my firewall is disabled.   Thanks for posting on this forum. If I understand correctly, you are facing 2 problems on your computer. First of all, you are unable to turn on the firewall. Second, you can not connect to WiFi with your laptop. Hope I understood the issues.

  Zornig, if you have more than one anti-virus or firewall applications on the computer, this problem may occur. It is recommended that you have only installed on the computer so try to uninstall one of them and check.

• Copy in a folder hidden in Win8.1 (64-bit)

The data in question are not the kind of file that affects the function of the software in question, so there is no reason to think that it would be unwise to add to the directory (and it's a clean file). The program in question is called hero Lab and is an assistance program of player for tabletop role-playing games (used to create characters) - the file is a set of pre-made characters where examples can be imported into the program, copied and then adjusted. It goes in ProgramData so that it is accessible in the menu of the program.
