  Thought I'd see if the videoalchemy.exe file is an archive, which it turns out to be.

  Extract the contents of a folder and copy the folder in c:\program files and created a shortcut to the file executable videoalchemy.exe.

  Low and behold, it worked and opened the program.

  Success at last :-)

• Adobe Bridge CS6 does not start.

  Adobe Bridge CS6 does not start. I installed it in Photoshop CS6, but Bridge does not start in my profile of 'owner '. (Photoshop works very well).   Nice to hear from you. Unfortunately, my clients don't give me much time to solve my software problems.

  In the meantime my technician solved the problem. It was not enough just uninstalling software Adobe ALL of my computer and reinstall AMM eight times to make it work (it was always empty and showed no application that can be downloaded, or anything else).  AdobeAAMDetect.plugin in two folders on the computer had to be removed in order to get the function of the AMM.

  We hope to go fine now. The problem of Camera Raw seems to be fixed too.

• Adobe Media Encoder CS5.5 does not start even

  So here I am at J5 of the complete installation of CS5.5 (after the trial period, during which all worked fine) and every day there was a new challenge.   I had a problem with Media Encoder smoking during startup and the problem was corrupted preferences.   I remember well, it's that there is a key that you can press and hold while starting Media Encoder (maybe the Alt key) which will put it on and reset all proferences.   This cured my problem.  Hope you also helps.

  I put t think it is a HARD drive problem.
  If the HARD drive is dead, you will receive a message on the screen saying that the laptop is not able to find a boot device.

  If the Toshiba start screen does not appear I think that it s something wrong with the motherboard. I guess that the graphics card is dead. But to be 100% sure, verification is required.
  In my opinion, you should ask a partner or a technician for assistance.
