  connection to creative cloud using following link Adobe Creative Cloud assets and see if you have files there.

  If yes then follow the steps mentioned in the link below on your other computer

  • Kill all associated Adobe creative process as the cloud, CC, CCX, Core Sync, Adobe Office service, Adobe CPI brokerage
  • Windows-press and the letter R together to get a run dialog box.
  • type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto and then click ok
  • Open the folder named as local and then Adobe, then OOBE
  • Delete Opm.db inside the OOBE
  • Launch creative cloud desktop application and it should allow you to use another e-mail address

  5) navigate to c: / / windows/system32/drivers/etc/and the hosts file opened in Notepad. IF you see an entry from Adobe it please replace this hosts file with a new hosts file that doesn't have any input from adobe. If there is no entry permit Adobe the hosts file, as it is.

  (6) run cc app and sign in.

  I can't believe I'm still having the same problem after a water landing forced my MBP mid-2012 and invest a lot of money in the new iMac. Now I'm sure this is the problem of the El Capitan, not the hardware. Especially after the last update of the system.

  Everything was going fine until last week when my iMac suddenly started to have some kind of hiccups - mouse ceased to answer at any time (100% battery), pages began to load really slow and sometimes only has not at all and Adobe apps began to plant without any particular reason. Nothing has changed and I haven't done anything unusual when it was absolutely new and running like a beast.

  The thing that is interesting to me is the use of the CPU and RAM. (It a few months ago when I had the problem with MBP), I noticed that when you open a page in Safari (any type of page) and let it stay there for a few days it starts to use a LOT of material in the background, even if you have completely forgotten this page and did not open it / refresh it for a long time - screenshots below. Why the hell is happening? I do not understand why Safari does need juice both by the love of God because no matter how much it will be, he will use it. • Some applications keep constantly suspended - except in safe mode

  Since a few days some apps (Lightroom, VLC, JDownloader, EtreCheck) keep suspended / beach balling right after I have started them.

  VLC has the exception that the video that you open is normal but the GUI just does not respond.

  When it is started in Safe Mode, all normal function programs.

  I have a number of things without result:

  -Recovery mode reinstall then installed Version 10.10

  -Put to upgrade to 10.11.4 (before the 10.11.4 upgrade also Chrome and the system preferences window have been affected)

  -Updated apps all affected to their latest Version.

  -Repeated of Diagnostics and HDD check. No errors.

  -Launch Agents/demons of deactivation. Tested and reactivated

  -kextstat | grep - v apple to see what remains is launched a startup. Most of them have uninstalled or disabled.
