  My desktop creative cloud application is completely empty outside of the header. There is a gear icon that shows only helps, pine and Quit that everything else is empty. This happened the day after if I don't know exactly what happened at the start. I tried the start and stop CC, restart windows and reinstall same CC. No change. Any ideas.

  Problem solved.

  I've restored my Windows system to a good state known a week ago. CC immediately updated itself and gave the possibility to update PS which took place without incident. I still don't know what caused the problem, but at least he disappeared.

  If the cleaning of creative cloud tool did not help, try the steps mentioned below.

  Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.

  Mac OS:

  1. Exit creative Cloud Desktop
  2. Access \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe *

  And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.

  To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.

  1. Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
  2. / Library/Application Support/Adobe (rename Adobe Application Manager and Adobe of joint office)
  3. Go > utilities > (rename Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud)
  4. Download creative-cloud

  1. Exit creative Cloud Desktop

  Please follow the steps:

  Windows:

  Please navigate to C/users/user name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE and remove the opm.db. Try running the CC Office

  Mac:

  Please, go to ~Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and delete opm.db. Try running the CC Office.

  I'm on a mac desktop and use creative cloud, I started with the download of updates for creative cloud, now it stops at 2% and won't go more far error code 43, now my desktop creative cloud application is missing when I used cleaning tool, now none of my apps will run.   1. Open the activity monitor and close Adobe all related applications
  2. Navigate to: / Library/Application support/Adobe
  3. In this directory, you will see a folder named OOBE - rename this folder in OOBEold
  4. Navigate to: MAC HD/Applications/Utilities directory
  5. There, you will see a folder named "Adobe Application Manager" - remove
  6.
