Adobe STOLE my money

I recently lost my job at the nonprofit where I worked. Because they are is more profitable (and denied) for subscription of Adobe, I needed for this job, I had to terminate the subscription. Now, I was charged an ETF of $ 75 to cancel, which I think is absolute since BULL all you do is cut off the service and apps no longer work. But it's in the small print of the team of specialists, so I can't fight it.

BUT, when I threw a cat to try to get this reimbursement, the best that could be the representative was to offer me an ETF of $50. Fine. All that allows you to sleep one night.

I launched ANOTHER cat to talk to someone about this, and I got the runaround from the Rep who COMPLETELY REFUSED to help me. And I can't call even to speak to someone, because "telephone support only is not supported on my subscription.

Basically, Adobe has STOLEN from me and is my fund hostage until this that they decide to get in touch with me.

Actually, they emptied the bank account of a person who has recently been laid off, where the budget is tight, and then they sit on their laurels because they think that is "no big deal".

So here's what I'll do: I'll write a bunch of letters - to the BBB, State Attorney, consumer, Gizmodo, to ANY BLOG AND NEWS DECISION-MAKING can I inform me of this situation.

How does the title, ' Adobe software Kicks unemployed man then it is down ' sound? How about you, "Adobe plays Pirate bank account of the man? '' Adobe steals money from the man, denied the courtesy ''?

I want this FIXED. This is beyond ridiculous.

This year, around my payment date, we received an email saying that Adobe has removed our payment on the card on my subscription account. Is there a possible way to change the method of payment so that we could make our own manual payments through our Adobe ID on the date of payment.     I bought a download for adobe elements 11 card. When I came home and tried to download from 'adobe.com/go/getserial' he gave me a key and a download link. Oh, but instead of actually comfortable me the tech off my number of series, said guy he registered the key on my account which he did not. now when I go to "adobe.com/go/getserial" and punch in the key rather than show me my serial number as well as a link that goes nowhere, it turns into an error message that starts with the word "null" I honestly intend to use this product, but after this experience I find it very difficult to continue to buy software from adobe. I CAN NOT AFFORD to IGNORE THE FACT THAT I SPENT $ 100 MILLION ON a DOWNLOAD THAT has NEVER WORKED... either incidentally, my system can handle the software I tried adobe trial 12 items and it worked fine! I will file a complaint with the better business bureau or I will contact the media if nothing is done to remedy this... Please, of a human being to another, all I ask is a solution. THIS IS FRAUD, I PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS EVER BEEN RECEIVED.

    11 is an older version.  Adobe does not sell the old versions.  Your problem is probably with the one who sold you the card.

    In any case, nobody here is going to be able to help you balance your purchase... This is a user forum.  You will need to contact Adobe Support by chat or telephone if you want to continue trying to get Adobe to fix this problem.

    If you want to try, you can download the demo version of 11 items and use the serial number to activate it... but you say that you cannot yet download and for some reason, you think that the serial number is not good, I can't say that you offer this link will help.

    If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

    I am an independent artist and there are several days in a month that I do not use their software. Yet, I am fresh, Saturdays, Sundays and days weeks at a time with having them the opportunity to temporarily suspend my account. Why can't have control of the time that I pay?  I feel robbed!

    You can choose the key card subscription sold re sellers, they are for 3 months, 6 months. We don't have any model for the daily load right now.

    I just need creative cloud for a month, so I signed up for the $ 20 per month. I was charged 3 times when I used only the first month. So, basically, adobe stole my money when I have not yet used their product. I tried to cancel, but they want me to pay 50% of what remains. It's totally un-American of them and it should be against the law or something. I will get my lawyers soon involve more than likely.

    Adobe is deliberately fly my software and the blocking of its use.  Although they recognize my email address when I tried to create a new account to share with other consumers, they can't find my file and block my work Adobe product.  Please contact me for the class action against Adobe.  Here is the transcript:

    DaveJohnn I checked on e-mail addresses, you have included on your transcript, but I'm not find all the products registered under either of these accounts.  You can certainly try to register your serial number, as well at http://www.adobe.com/support/registration.html.  Alternatively, you can try the steps listed in the http://forums.adobe.com/message/3987968#3987968 if you can think of all additional accounts that may have saved you your software under.

    There are sometimes problems of software that can cause your serial number displays as being not valid on your specific computer.  The fact that the representative identified cat your serial number as invalid if would seem to indicate that this is not the case in your situation.

    If you want private me message with your serial number, I can verify the findings of representatives of cat for you.  Although you can do this yourself by trying to register your product as described above.
