Adobe think I live in different countries! Not able to correct them! Help!
While trying to buy creative cloud that I am informed that it is not provided to my country. My country? I live in the United States. I go to my account information to verify my address and all I see in "country/region" is not editable text saying: "minor remote islands of the United States. I guess that adobe knows better where I live that I do. I wasn't even aware that countries exist, but according to adobe, I live there. Haha. Anyway, I need this problem to join the creative cloud and I have absolutely no idea who apply. Please help me!

Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:
1. open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.
2. type the following command and press ENTER:
sfc/scannow
3. the sfc/scannow command. analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

If that is not enough then try to create a new user account and check what is happening. To create a new user account
1. to open user accounts, click the Start button, select Control Panel, click user accounts and parental control, and then click user accounts.
2. click on manage another account. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. click on create a new account.
4. type the name you want to assign to the user account, click an account type, and then click on create an account.
If the new user account works fine then the old account has been corrupted, you can follow the link given below to fix the corrupted user profile.

My apologies if this isn't the right place, please let me know where would be more appropriate.
I am switch to lightroom, so try to buy the package of photography for CC, but I'm stuck to the payment.
The form has a nonmodifiable country location, which says that it is in the United States, but I live in England. How to change that?
I have been through the manage account pages and can not see any address at all. Y at - it somewhere otherwise I can change it?
I can't beyond form, so my trial will run out soon :-/

I ordered Acrobat DC Pro student 11 days earlier by phone, the sales representative said I would not need to present evidence since I used my school email as my user name for connection. I have connect a few days later to download and install Adobe, said my order is still in treatment, could take 24 hours to check. Yet a few days later, I get an email saying that I need to connect and click on the link 'Submit the evidence' to complete my order. He does not and never has been a link 'Submit proof' anywhere on any of my account pages, so I try using online chat and I wait more than 20 minutes, no response, the next day I call technical support, as the sales rep told me to do if I had problems, he told me to use aid to chat online and says goodbye! Does anyone else have this level of difficulty to get this software? If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful for help with what to do next, in addition to calling my credit card company and stopping payment to Adobe.
Yay well, after an hour of waiting for support, I finally got it.
Will be held on 1 and the last under pretty I never give to Adobe.
Support officer was very helpful, but the other 11 days of aggravation and ineptitude on the part of Adobe won't forget anytime soon.

My OS has been upgraded to Windows 7 at 10 without disabling the software Adobe Acrobat.

I recently installed Adobe Pro XI. I can't select the cloud, polygons and lines connected markup drawing tools. I can see them, but they are greyed out so I am not able to choose them.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit on an Asus ZenBook laptop.

It's very strange it s confusing two s WEIRD appears in MY computer
What you could do is remove the player of ODD (CD/DVD) Device Manager, then restart the laptop.
Please check if the CD/DVD would be recognized correctly after reinstalling again. -
