AERO screen appearance

Also make sure that the themes service is started, do:
-Click on the start ORB, computer Righ click, left click Manage
-Click on continue if prompted by UAC
-Click on the + next to Services and Applications
-Click on Services

It seems that your screen displays some graphical anomalies when you connect to your user name. I would use these troubleshooting steps in the following article on the resolution of screens:

For me, this looks like a defective screen. It might also be malfunction of the inverter FL.
