After buying for LR + CS6 cc still in trial version? Help, please

Hey people, I'm quite new in lightroom and creative cloud.

bought photographer package about 2 months ago and currently paid for it as usual.

the problem is when I start lightroom and it's develop an error saying:

"I have to extend my subscription to activate the mod to develop again".

Creative cloud tells me that lightroom 30-day trial is over and I have to buy - everything else is gray would be so I can't reinstall it even through cc.

delete all the files in my system with lightroom app cleaner and reinstalled again with cc - nothing has changed

If someone could help me with this issue, I'd be really happy cause I don't know what to do at all...

    This issue occurs because of the connectivity problem. (You can see the steps from here: sign activation, or connection errors |) CS5.5 and later)

    1. In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
    2. Type / etc.
    3. Select the hosts file and open it.
    4. Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
    5. Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
    6. Save and close the file.

    Once you remove all the entries in the hosts file 127.0.0.1 followed Adobe.

    I bought the plan of creative photography of cloud.   It shows that I'm subscribed to this plan when I log on my account Adobe, but both Photoshop and Lightroom exhibition versions under the name of first instance in the cloud when I opened on my computer.  I opened two trial versions and ensured I was connected, but it is always also a trial version. I bought the plan through Amazon.

The internal hard drive was still 18 GB of free space, that should be enough to install just indesign.     What is the log? I do not suspect. Please send the whole journal on Pastebin.com and put a link here.

    I'm not a Mac person, so my advice of troubleshooting here will be pretty basic. The whole journal can help some of our other regulars to determine where the problem is.

    I would like to run the cleanup tool (CS for installation problems cleaning tool |) CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3) ro remove all traces of the attempts failed, then reboot to a minimal system - don't know how it's called Macs these days - no unnecessary extension, but a notch above in safe mode, I think - and try Setup again.
