  • updated iPhoto to 10.11.4 - Why isn't in the App Store?

I bought a new iMac that came with 10.11.4. When iPhoto does not open it prompted me to update in the App Store. But the App Store says it's not find an update for iPhoto.

Apple iPhoto are no longer developed since a year and stopped selling it from the AppStore.

Only iPhoto 9.6.1 runs on El Capitan, and this version is available on the Appstore.   So, you can refresh only iPhoto if it is displayed in your purchase history in the App Store-look on the fourth tab of the AppStore, if iPhoto appears here.  Can be updated by deleting the iPhoto and put it back.  Tip to see Barney:

  • not strong enough after updating iTunes

    Hello

After updating iTunes yesterday, itunes is not as strong as before; of course, I changed volume in the menu bar as well as in volume ('her') maximum system configuration. If I use VLC, the volume is OK; Therefore, I don't think it's a problem of speakers of the Mac and iTunes.

Thank you very much for your help

    Haperic

    Hello Haperic!

From what you have posted, the sound after update of Mac is not as strong through iTunes but is fine using VLC or other applications. We certainly have to check a few things with the volume.

If you haven't done so already, we'll leave iTunes in the menu next to the  iTunes when iTunes is active. Then quit iTunes.  Or command + Q on the keyboard.  Open later and try to play a few things after.

No change after that, then go ahead and restart the Mac and try again, please.

If it's still the same after the restart, then we'll reset the NVRAM/PRAM memory.

How to reset the NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

    Reset the NVRAM

    1. Stop your Mac.
    2. Look for the following keys on the keyboard: command (⌘), Option, P, and R.
    3. Turn on your Mac.
    4. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys, immediately after hearing the startup sound.
    5. Hold down these keys until the computer restarts and you hear the tone of starting for a second time.
    6. Release the keys.

After resetting the NVRAM, you may need to reconfigure the parameters of the speaker volume, screen resolution, selection of boot disk and zone information.

I hope this helps.  See you soon!

  • iPad is bricked one day after updating iTunes 12.4.3

My iPad will not start past the Apple logo and iTunes is educate factory default reset. I get an error message, it seems 9; can not reset even factory default. iPad displays only the cable brightening connect to iTunes image.

I read the message of support from Apple on the synchronization error messages and tried:

two different authentic Apple USB cables (both seem to be intact)

two USB 3.0 ports on my computer

    all other USB devices disconnected

end of 2013 with OS 10.11.6 iMac

12.4.3.1 iTunes installed a day before the error

no update in the App Store for my system

No jailbreak or one-third of security applications

try to install iOS update, iPad runs like a champ and damage-free beforehand

I want to backup my iPad before the update; last updated in May of this year

iTunes acted strangely when my iPad has been connected: iPad would have shown the decline in connection the connection, show the link cycling constantly about once per second. iTunes said that there was a problem with the iPad (error 9) Although he finally record a successful backup with the iPad stuck in its loop to connect, disconnect, reconnect everything in full.

Now the iPad will only display the connect to iTunes image or Apple logo if I force the reboot.

I feel it's more a problem with the iPad, nothing to do with iTunes and probably nothing to do with the update to iTunes.

  • Badge of the App Store display available updates after updating all

With the help of iPhone 4 with iOS 9.2.1

After Update 9.2, then 9.2.1 I update applications download in iTunes and sync then peripheral.  9 app and iTunes updates show that they are copied and synchronized.  But the insignia of the App Store on iPhone still shows 9 available updates.  In the App Store, the 9 apps show as 'open', but 'install all' is grayed out.  I opened a few apps in the App Store or on the usual icon, and they seem to work ok.  I tried to restart and reset, but badge always shows a number.

BTW, have also an old iPad and iPad Air now with 9.2.1 and this issue is not present.

Hide the problem is to disable the badge icons in Notifications

Or update directly with App store on the phone

  • Update iTunes 12.4.3 stuck on the App Store

The App Store loads this update iTunes to 30.2 MB out of 236 MB and then stops with 'calculation' displayed next to him. I tried to delete the items in the folder/Library/Updates and perform deletion suggested in the Terminal commands. The best I've done is to erase the progress in update so it starts again, but he always stops in the same exact place at 30.2 MB. Any thoughts on how to proceed?

    Hello..

    • Applications such as Little Snitch, Growl and MacKeeper, can prevent the download updates
    • Disable the anti-virus software is installed
    • Check the firewall in system preferences > Privacy & Security > firewall > firewall Options
    • Make sure that gatekeeper is activated

Open system preferences > Privacy & security, then select the general tab.

Make sure that the Mac App Store or Mac App Store and identified developers is selected.

If this area is grayed out, click on the padlock icon to go forward.

Since the update to iTunes 12.4.1.6 I don't see my purchased music. When I try to import my old playlists I get a message saying that the library is not a valid iTunes library. Thus, thousands of songs and hundreds of films and I can't see or play one. I see my movie library where it is stored on an external hard drive, but my music was on my iMac.

Where all the playlists gone and why didn't appear my entire music library? I checked the preferences and iTunes points to the correct folder, BUT only my music purchased appears...

Same thing happened to me. I tried to replace iTunesLibrary.itl with an older copy, but that has not worked. Then I tried to return a version by resetting the Time Machine's iTunes app, but it would allow me to edit or delete iTunes because it is part of Mac OS X.

So, I can not sync my iPad or iPhone, update all apps or find my music, that is, the course of the odf, still on my hard drive. ITunes just can't see the library.

    The difficulty of this Apple.

Try to reset the App Store:

Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Then reconnect to the iTunes Store.

Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

I think you are talking after upgrade to CC 2015 you're not able to launch I. Also, I believe you speak for read only matter of preference.

After following the instructions please do not launch Illustrator and check your file preference if the permissions have been set correctly. A good way would be to get inside the preferences folder and then try to create a file manually. If it succeeds, please write to [email protected]
