The file contained a virus and was deleted
Hello
I get the message
the file contained a virus and was deleted
This occurs in Internet Explorer, chrome, and Firefox (in Firefox I fixed it by going to about: Config), it started with the virus antivirus system care, which I removed, I did tests, which does not.
Disable the warning?
Thank you
I did all the steps in this entire thread and no solution (good ideas, but no solution). I believe that this error message "the file contains a virus' on all downloads came from a virus on a web page (this is what I saw in my case). When IE downloads a file, it shows he has a virus, but it's really not analyzed. I got this message even after I've completely removed McAfee and after I reinstalled completely IE10. It's a redirect using the points of analysis that the virus must have created. To resolve this problem, I went to C:\ and made a random generator DIR command He showed c:\program files\windows defender had these reparse points. When I looked for download the latest Windows Defender, says MSFT site is no longer used on Windows 7 64 bit so I deleted the subdirectory 'C:\program files\Windows Defender' and all of its subfolders and restarted. Problem disappeared. McAfee and MSFT Security Essentials scans do not have that automatically remove. Hope that helps.

Reset the Internet Explorer settings can also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the reset Internet Explorer settings. Also, the photos and the videos do not work in any Add - ons.
Method 3:
If the problem is not resolved, you can disable the antivirus software and the firewall installed on the computer, and then try to download.http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

You have requested the assistance of your provider of anti-malware software (Avast, AVG, Avira, Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro, etc.)?
Your PC is probably infected with the new variant of Sirefef AKA Zero access. One of the symptoms is that all downloads are identified as a virus...

Suggest you use HitmanPro Kickstart, which should remove this malware and fix changes made to the computer by the malware: http://www.surfright.nl/en/kickstart , you must use an uninfected computer to download it to a flash drive and then follow the specific directions on how to run the program on the infected computer. Hitman Pro Kickstart is available as a 30 day trial version.
For more information, see http://dl.surfright.nl/Kickstart-FAQ.pdf and http://dl.surfright.nl/Kickstart-User-Manual.pdf
If Hitman Pro Kickstart will not eliminate your problem, you may need to perform one or more of the following scanners in offline mode - you will need to burn a CD using another computer and change the sequence of starting your computer to run the scan - instructions are provided with the links:

This problem may occur due to the infection by the virus or because of incorrect browser settings.
If you use Internet Explorer as your web browser, try the following steps and check if it helps.Method 1:
I suggest you run Virus Scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner to make sure that the computer is virus-free and check if it helps. The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. CS5 plugins download really contains a virus?

There is no new plug-ins. If they had a virus, it would have been discovered before today. Number of computers infected implement the messages you saw and try to take you to a Web site they control to "solve" the problem. I recommend that you download a respected virus protection system to scan your system.

Why all my programs are "not responding" and ends up crashing?
All my programs, including Internet Explorer have had periods where an error message is displayed in the menu bar "does not", finally they crash. I thought that maybe the programs as a first step, but I'm starting to believe that Windows 7 is at fault.
Have you tried to test with another user of Windows (which you may need to create)? It will check whether your user profile is damaged.
Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors. Right click on your drive icon / properties / tools / error checking. Try first by checking do not each box (that it will run in read-only mode) to see if it reports any problems file or hard drive. If so, restart it by checking both boxes and restart to allow him to attempt to fix any problems found.
