All my products and historical order disappeared!
There is really no other way to say that everything is gone.
My order history is empty.
My product is empty.
I can't download the products that I bought and I do not see the license keys, that I bought.
I am aware that Adobe says they remove the possibility to download any purcharsed produced after three years. I guess I have the right to license keys, I bought and my history of the order to stay on my account. Even with that said, I bought my products just over a year ago - September ~ 2012 - so the link to download should still be there.

I bought all these products and tried to d/l through the creative cloud and direct links, by DDLS trial or normal he gets 2%, then rises to 99% and gives error DW050 and WARNING DS013... Power outage caused all the catalogs and folders to disappear, LR3.4
Running LR 3.4 on a PC with Vista 32 bit when there was a power outage in the region. I turned off the 'power' to the PC.
When the current was restored I rebooted the PC and LR and all the catalogs, folders and the files are all gone
and LR wants to begin importing as it has just been installed. The last time the lrcat has been saved was June 20.
I was wondering if there is a more lrcat to hidden somewhere in the PC because it works well or is there other
way to recover my last two days work and restore to the point just before the blackout?

Well, a side note here: you did not change anything. You see, LR at startup, it creates a .lock file. You had LR running, then deleted a .lock file, which was for the _currently_running_LR_, not the missing catalog file.
First thing I would do would be to do a complete search for any file ending with LRCAT. Yes, as mentioned, you can find the location of the currently selected catalog by looking in the catalog settings, but he won't tell you that you have opened a bad. :}
So first, find all files ending in LRCAT. So try them, one at a time, by double-clicking on them. If it's not her, out, double click on post then a.

I had a virus or a spyware called windowsrepair. The computer would not get past the repair screen I did a system restore which seems to have worked except that all my photos and documents have disappeared. What I've done wrong? and is there a way to recover them?
For a moment I thought you could run under a profile different than the original but your report says otherwise. Since the system restore does not affect the user files, the damage must have been made by the virus. I restore files from the backup media, and then introduce a robust backup routine.

All of a sudden my Start button, all my icons and my taskbar disappeared. I turned my computer off several times, but it does not help.

All program files and shortcuts from the "Start" menu disappeared
I use Windows Vista Home Premium (SP2) (64-bit). Two days back, I've updated my windows. After restarting the PC, all program files and shortcuts in Start menu disappeared. The shortcuts that I myself had added manually do not work.
Have you tried to do the restore of the system in SafeMode as stated in my answer 1 to you?
If it doesn't/does not work:
If you do not want to repost in the Windows Update Forum (they are the specialists it for the best advice regarding your problem), make this disc Bootable startup repair and use it to do a system restore or uninstall the updates by using the method 2nd in my 1st reply:
Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.
Restore point:
Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.
Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...
Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

Data recovery:
1. slave of your hard drive in another computer and read/save your data out there.
2. put your Hard drive in a USB hard drive case, plug it into another computer and read/save from there.

Download the Vista software from the link above.
After installing above ISO burning software, right click on the Knoppix ISO file > copy the Image to a CD.
Knoppix is not installed on your PC; use only the resources of your PC, RAM, graphics etc.
Change the boot order in YOUR computer/laptop to the CD/DVD Drive 1st in the boot order.
Plug a Flash Drive/Memory Stick, BOOT with the Live CD, and you should be able to read the hard drive.
When the desktop loads, you will see at least two drive hard icons on the desktop (one for your hard drive) and one for the USB key.
Click on the icons of hard drive to open and to understand which drive is which.
Click the icon for the USB drive and click on "Actions > Change the read/write mode" so you can write to disk (it is read-only by default for security reasons).
Now to find the files you want to back up, just drag and drop them on the USB. When you're done, shut down the system and remove the USB key.

I renewed my membership full CC on 6 January of this year. Payment of 45UKP taken by Adobe. All access to all CC programs disappeared. When I connect it tells me I have one year subscription, but when I tried to download any program it tells me that I left the 0 days of my free trial and I wonder if I want to buy the product. I contacted Adobe customer support chat, they have no idea what is the problem and so just lie - telling someone will contact me by email and the problem will be solved within 24 hours. No one ever contacted me.

After an update, all Favorites and Favorites bar disappears
OK? Can someone explain to me what happened? I was just online when all of a sudden that I lived a problem with a website so I decided to restart Firefox. I did, but then after that I guess that tries to install an update, it (failing or canned) but ALL my favorites and ALL my icons that I had for my bookmarks bar went. None. All disappeared suddenly. I hope that this is a very good explanation for this!
