  I reinstalled the drivers from dell and the CCC still does not work. Seems that CCC does not find the drivers.

  I think that the AMD card actually ingame treatment even if it does appear it's because when I disable devices, games Manager won't turn on.  They claim a related graphic error.

  But I still want to confirm this to be sure if there is anyway that I can check if the ATI card is used? for example: some process while playing, monitor that will notice he uses the card ATI or other methods might be?

• Tool capture Windows 7 crashes ONLY when capture IE 10

  I have a problem where the tool captures Windows 7 won't "snip" anything in IE 10.  I cut EVERYTHING else--no matter what program, anywhere, any time, but not IE.  When I draw the area being cut in the window of IE and then let go of the left mouse button, nothing happens.  Stays gray screen with the exception of the region I want to snip that is no more gray.  If I click fast enough and fast enough on the IE window, I get a popup asking if I want to wait or kill the program (cutting tool).  I am able to click on the option to see more details.  In details it is said the cutting tool is waiting on csrss.exe.

  Strangely, if I don't do anything, "hanging program" error window just disappears.  At that point that my PC crashes sometimes where I need to be able to cycle it.  Other times nothing happens and the screen is gray and I am able to click on the Start button and restart.

  I tried to turn the windows tablet pc feature.  I've installed CCLeaner and cleaned the PC.  However, nothing solves the problem.  In case it mattes I run Office with Lync 2013 2013 on my machine.

  Any ideas what else to do to solve this problem?

  I reduced the problem until 2013 Lync.  If Lync 2013 is not loaded snipping tool works very well.  If I let Lync load at startup of the cutting tool crashes.  I'll uninstall Lync then and reinstall to see if that helps.

  You can read the following steps and check if it works.

  Method 1:

  Check if error reporting is enabled.

  For do I suggest you check if error reporting service Windows has stopped working. Try to start the service by following the steps below:

• FMS3 and AMD 64 bit under Windows 2003 R2?

  I installed FMS 3.0 on a HP Proliant server with processor AMD 64-bit running Windows Server 2003 R2.   Looks like something was wrong with the recovery process and now Windows may start t. Maybe something messed with the registry or a few important Windows files, so I think that the only option to get rid of it using the Toshiba recovery disc. It will wipe the entire HARD disk and restore the factory settings, normally it should work.

  Just so enter the Toshiba Recovery disk and follow the instructions on the screen. Windows will be reinstalled, and you get back to factory settings. :)

  When I restart my laptop, it tends to be stuck on this windows error recovery screen. It gives me two options

  (2) start Windows normally

  Tried both, it turns off, reboots that it ends on the same screen over and over again. Tried to access it via safe mode, nothing helps. tried to fix it through windows disk 7, did not work. tried last good configuration, not good either.

  You have the Toshiba Recovery disk?

  Try this:

  Press F8 immediately after that the laptop has been turned on.
  Then choose the first option called fix my computer.
  Then a new window should open and there you can choose the option called Toshiba recovery.

  Please note then this procedure would start the Toshiba HDD recovery and the BONE to relocate again. This would be to format the whole HARD drive and set the OS to the factory settings.

  In my eyes, you can use this procedure for recovery of HARD drive, or you can try to reinstall the OS using the Toshiba recovery disc.
