In case you receive error code "an unspecified error has occurred (3f1 766f6c756d652e63)", this error occurs generally if you have any third-party software that blocks check disk. " This causes the disk check to fail in normal mode.

Many people have solved this error by running the command to check the disk in Mode safe. To start the computer using safe mode, try the steps in the link below.

Start your computer in safe mode

Once you start the computer in Mode safe, try the steps below to run the disk check.

  • Click Start
  • Type: CMD, according to the results, right-click CMD
    Click on "Run as Administrator"
  • At the command prompt, type: chkdsk /f /r

Important:

After a few hours of searching, I found a forum with a lot of these questions. I'm posting the links here just in case someone else has the same problem.

Basically, it's a bug, and nobody really knows what the exact correction is... but some of the solutions have worked. For me, I copied my project files in a backup folder. Delete the project. Created a new project and copied the files back.

  • First CS6, Yosemite + R3D "an unspecified error has occurred in the execution of a consistent action"

    Hello!

I seem to have a problem with Premiere Pro CS6 and Yosemite:

I have a project of creation in first 6.0.5 composed entirely of R3D media. When the 10.9.5, Mavericks running everything seems to work perfectly. I could play the timeline with or without rendering, and I have no error to speak of. After doing some research and found out that CS6 works very well in the Yosemite 10.10, I decided to take the plunge and upgrade last night. Today, I opened the first draft and I got the notorious "an unspecified error occurred during the execution of an action in accordance with" error message for apparently each R3D file in the project, and I couldn't play the timeline without rendering each image.

I'm back on the installation disk and restored first to the 6.0.0 original, but which did not help. While in Yosemite, updated first return to 6.0.5 and I found myself (not surprisingly) with the same problem. I have a backup of the Mavericks 10.9.5 I can come easily, but I would like to understand what is happening! Yosemite is the only variable that has changed, but I want to know what to do to allow Premiere Pro CS6 + Yosemite + all files R3D play well together.

Please let me know if I can provide more information or if there is anything I can do to get this up and running again.

    Thank you!

    Hi Chris,

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone has found a fix for this? I spent a lot of time trying to solve this problem. It seems like the best solution at this point is to return to Final Cut, unless there is a solution? Adobe?

OS X 10.9 is the latest version of Mac OS X, you can use with Premiere Pro CS6 depending on the requirements of our system. If you continue to use the CS6 and want a stable system, I would invite you back on OS X 10.9, lock your Mac and not updated the operating system any longer.

    Thank you

  • I have two error codes on Windows update Code: 80240016 & an internal error has occurred in Ox80010108 during the installation of Service pack 1.

Resolution 1: Install the stand-alone package for the service pack instead of using Windows Update to install the Service Pack

Resolution 3: Close or disable any applications that may be running, restart the computer and then install the service pack

Important These steps may increase your security risk. These steps may also make the computer or the network more vulnerable to attack from malicious users or malicious software such as viruses. We recommend the process that this article describes to enable programs to operate as they are designed for, or to implement specific program features. Before you make these changes, we recommend that you evaluate the risks that are associated with implementing this process in your particular environment. If you decide to implement this process, take additional measures to protect the system. We recommend that you use this process only if you really need this process.

During installation, one of the most frequent causes of failure occurs when a third-party application holds open a file or locks a file that the service pack installer should use. For example, an application third-party antivirus or antispyware may cause this problem. To minimize this risk, follow these steps:

    1. close all applications and restart your computer.

    2. Once your computer has restarted, disable any antivirus or any antispyware application that can load during the startup process. You can normally disable the notification area application. This area is located in the bottom right corner of the computer screen. To disable an application in the notification area, follow these steps:

    a. right-click on the icon of the third-party program.

    b. click Close, disable, outputor an equivalent term in the list of options. If these options are not available, you may open the application and then close or disable in the application.

    3. as soon as you close the antivirus or the antispyware software, try to click here to install the download package full of the service pack that you previously downloaded from the following Microsoft Download Center Web site.

    4. After completing the installation of the service pack, enable the antivirus or the antispyware software that you disabled in the previous steps.

If your problem is still not resolved, you can try the steps of troubleshooting on your own, or you can contact Microsoft technical support.

Resolution 4: Uninstall security applications, restart the computer and then install the service pack

Important These steps may increase your security risk. These steps may also make the computer or the network more vulnerable to attack from malicious users or malicious software such as viruses. A third-party security application (for example, an antivirus application, a firewall, or antispyware software) can still be causing the installation fails, even though you tried to disable the application. The Windows Vista SP1 installation requires several restarts of the computer, and the security application may be reload after the first reboot. Applications that provide registry repair features may also cause the installation to fail.

You can uninstall your third-party security application before you install the service pack. However, you should do this only if you are positive that you can reinstall the application as soon as the service pack installation is complete. To reinstall the third-party security application, you'll need either the original installation media for the application, or you need the original download. You may also need a product key to reinstall the third-party security application.

If you are sure that you can reinstall the third-party application, uninstall the application from the programs and features item in Control Panel. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. close all applications and restart your computer.

    2. Once your computer has restarted, click Start

    Collapse this includes this image

    .

    3. in the find what box, type programs.

    4. click on programs and features.

    5. click on the name of the security program that you want to uninstall.

    6. click on Uninstall.

    7. After you have uninstalled the program, restart the computer.

    8. try to click here to install the download package full of the service pack that you previously downloaded from the following Microsoft Download Center Web site.
Note You have uninstalled your security software, and your computer is more vulnerable to attack by malicious users or by malicious software such as viruses. We recommend that you do not surf the Web, use e-mail, or use instant messaging, up to what you have done to solve the problem, and you have reinstalled your security software.

    9. After completing the installation of Windows Vista SP1, reinstall the security program that you uninstalled in the previous steps.

    * All of these resolutions were conducted, but still having trouble running SP1 & SP2. It's a problem of installation and after the installation of Service packs 1 & 2 times.
