  Just after that a windows update "Critical update" earlier this week, my PC stopped recognizing all drives connected to a USB port.  It no longer recognizes the external USB HARD disk and also it does not recognize the USB SD card reader.  This applies to both built-in PCI bus USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports ports.

  The USB ports still acknowledge the keyboards, mice, cameras and other things, not storage.  If the same SD card is charged inside the camera, this card is visible when the USB cable is connected to the camera, but if I remove the SD card and load it with a USB card reader, it fails.

  There are other symptoms such as slow boot times of VERY and VERY slowly closing times.    Any help appreciated.

  Update: this could have turned out to be that something damaged on the external hard drive that has affected only Windows 7.  This drive has been plugged in, not only was unreadable, it made the other disks unreadable USB on the Windows 7 machine. I plugged the drive in question on a XP machine and it worked fine.

  Some time later, I plugged it Pluggable software component back to the Win7 machine and it pops up a message (the first time I saw it) that said, the drive was corrupt and had to be scanned to find errors. I clicked on OK and let it scan.  After the scan it reported "no problem not found on the device or disc. It is ready for use. "And as a result of this analysis, mysteriously, it started working again!

  So now, the problem disappeared. I hope he doesn't, because I'm not really sure what fixed it.

  1. upgrade the BIOS on HP Site

  2 edited the file .vmx following the instructions of the sub view

  It will not work. To run 64-bit on a virtual ESXi host clients, you must have at least 8 of VMware Workstation. Please take a look at Execution nested VMs for more details on how to make this work.

  You can create Validation based on return Boolean and returns a False when the element has charecters other than 'A - Z' (charecters upper and lower) and - (hifen).

  I can't detect a URG Hokuyo laser rangefinder - 04 LX connected to a sbRIO 9631 via the serial rs232 port. I can confirm that the rangefinder works through the computer and that it is detected by MAX and VISA when it is connected through the serial port on my computer. I have the following software downloaded on the map:

  Review Windows 7 Virtual PC and XP mode.   If your programs are intensive video, you should examine the upgrades of the program and run natively under Windows 7.

  You should be able to restrict the access of a user to a specific destination IP and port using a vpn-filter.  Here is a link that can help you understand and configure a vpn-filter on your ASA.

  As you can see from the information provided in the link you can apply the vpn filter for the group however, policy making all users who connect to this group policy will inherit the vpn-filter and is limited to what you have defined in the ACL on the filter.  In your case, it would be better to simply apply your vpn-filter ACL specific user as part of their attributes.  When this particular user connects their access will be limited to what you have configured in the vpn-filter while other users will continue to have unlimited access.

  As far as I know you don t need any special port replicator driver. If this port replicator is defined as compatible for your laptop model and that you use original Toshiba recovery image it will be recognized automatically and you will be able to use all the available ports on this port reflector.
