App Store starts do not. Just blinks and falls


I've updated to Windows Pro 8.1 today. Windows 8 Pro. I updated via the App Store.

After installing, everything works well except for the App Store. When I click it (regardless of whether it is by the start screen or in the list of Apps) begins the application store - the green screen with the logo of the store. And after a second or seconds (depends) it's just minimazes. It will not load. It has not been loaded since the update.

After I click on the App Store reduced it shows the screen green with the logo of a second (or seconds) and reduced again. Closing and re-opening do not help. The pattern is repeated.

Reboot PC (several times) does not help.

All Windows updates are installed. No new are available (I checked manually).

No update in the App Store Windows were pending before upgrade to Windows 8.1.

I tried to disable Firewall (I use Eset Smart Security 6 antivirus.). Did not help.

I would appreciate your help.

Who suggested this entry in the command line (Windows + Q, write CMD) with administrative privileges (without the quotes):

"powershell ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage - DisableDevelopmentMode.

However I do not really understand what the line is. So if there are a few professionals, could you please make clear for me and nobody to read this topic if I could have broken my PC by entering the line somehow?

    I have real problems.  I have an acer laptop windows 8 home edition, using firefox as my browser.  My app store does not work, I don't get an error message just a green screen with the loading dotted circle, I am not able to connect, I have all tried and you run the troubleshooting tool, I don't even have the option ' check for updates ' or 'app updates' when I click on settings in order for me to fix it this way.  Also, none of my other apps work, they seem to just load and I get a blank screen of the same color as the application itself. All my apps has worked before.
    I have not noticed this when I went to use Skype, I just got a blue screen, so I uninstalled the app and tried from for re - download, however it was not possible to give me an error about connecting to the internet - which is quite good.
    Can anyone help please?

    You can also disable the antivirus and check if it helps.

    I need few details about the question you posted.

    * What are the name and model of the printer?
    * You receive driver updates for your printer through Windows Update?
    * The printer prints the other applications in color?

    In the meantime, try the following steps.
    1. try to print the default pictures in Windows Photo Gallery and check if you get a printing color.
    2. try to uninstall the printer driver and reinstall it.

    Also check the setting of the color of the printer. Go to printer settings and make sure that you have selected the option to color.

    To print a picture, follow these steps: -.

    If you have a printer connected to your computer, you can make prints of digital photos. The quality of your photos depends on several factors, including the type of printer paper, ink and the settings of the printer of your choice.     Please answer the question

    (1) have you tried to connect with the new email address?

    (2) did you get an error message?

    If this only happens in Windows Apps store, I suggest you follow the steps below to reset the cache to store and see if it works very well.

    (a) press the Windows key + R

    (b) type WSReset.exe and press OK

    I had the same problem.

    To sort of hide files of the Bank has reached the limit of file name of the file system. Windows could not simply delete the files.

    My solution was to cache the directory c: /. Move the files has been problem free. After that, the cache folder can be deleted.

    wsreset.exe often proposed did not help. I think that, due to the file system error.

    1. Go to c:\Users\YourUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Store\
    2. Select the cache directory and move it to c:\
    3. Remove c:\cache

    After your Mac stops, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.

    As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key. You must press the SHIFT key as soon as possible once you hear the startup tone, but not before.

    Release the SHIFT key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.

    Once you are in Mode without failure, return to the menu Apple . In the drop-down list, click: reboot

    Then launch the App Store then try your updates.
