As they renew our cloud service each month we get back a confirmation email, but is not an acknowledgement - there not any numbers or price or whatever it is, we can use the input that in our books, it is possible to get receipts because we need to enter such things under our taxes and books go forward as an expense

In proxy environment, the computer cannot connect to the Adobe servers, so it does not work. The proxy or the firewall should be disabled if you use creative cloud.

I am a member for 3 years now, and even if the money is taken from my account every month, without fail, periodically (and unfortunately), they decide that I am a member of the trial. It's getting really frustrating, considering that I have to go through the whole rigamarole over and over again. In addition to this, I can't find the link to the chat. They keep saying there is a chat option, but I keep going round in circles trying to find. It's a huge waste of time. Sorry if I sound angry, but I'm really, really frustrated. It is a completely preventable situation and it takes a lot of my day.

Creative cloud says it is installed on more than two computers, but is not.
I'm unable to use my Creative cloud on my second computer software, because it says that the software is already installed on two computers. However, this is incorrect. What could cause this and how to fix it? The software still works very well on my first computer, btw.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The error we are talking about happens only if we have the product installed on more than two computers. I would ask you many want to give me your email add in a private message and I will check the details of the accounts.
In addition, if you get this error message, I'll ask you turn it off by clicking the button continue. To turn off the previous two computers for you and the resett the County back to 0.

Each month I reveived TWO bills of adobe, but I only have ONE subscription in my account. I contacted the customer servive twice, but they both finally asked me to communicate with the Bank. However, the Bank asked me to contact adobe.
I joined the subscription from August 12, 2016. When I finished first payment online, I have not received any confirmed e-mail. I tried to use photoshop, but it showed that I have a subscription. I thought I was suffering from network problem that the payment is not completed. Then I presented again. I received a confirmation by e-mail immediately. A month later, I found two charges of Adobe on the same date. I tried to do everything that I could to solve the problem, but the problem is still there... Can someone help me? And I hope that I can be reimbursed in double.

Please try following steps
Mac t/s
(1) close adobe every process in activity monitor (creative cloud sync Core CC library, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to next support/adobe application and delete Slstore and slcache.
4) go to ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and delete the opm.db
(5) navigate to/etc and open hosts file. Check if it has entries from adobe. If any amount of the fine, if yes replace the hosts file with a new file hosts without adobe entries
(6) launch cc app and it should work properly
Windows
(1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click on the Security tab, click on edit and select current user, that you are connected to, select full control, click on apply and then ok)
C: / / program data (to view hidden files to see this folder)
C: / / program files 86 x files / common
C: / / program files x 86.
C: / / program files common files
C: //program files.
(3) rename SLstore to Slstore.old to the following location c: / / program data / Adobe /.
(4) rename SLcache in Slcache.old in the location C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe more
4) navigate to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/oobe and rename Opm.db to opm.old
5) navigate to c: / / windows/system32/drivers/etc/and the hosts file opened in Notepad. IF you see an entry from Adobe it please replace this hosts file with a new hosts file that doesn't have any input from adobe. If there is no entry permit Adobe the hosts file, as it is.
(6) run cc app and sign in.
