• Acer aspire 5732z wait almost exactly a minute at the start

  I have an acer aspire laptop 5732z (now Windows 10) as I'd first of all several years ago was a delay of 1 minute at the start (but usually not re - starts).

  If I turn it on closing down the blue disk activity light flashes - and then he lowers very short time and there is an interval of 1 minute - after which it starts and I get the normal windows startup sequence.

• I have an Acer Aspire 5732Z who gets stuck in a loop in the splash screen before windows loads.

  I was wondering if someone could help me.  My daughter gave me here Aspire 5732z laptop when she bought a new.  I was looking for a battery for her because she will not hold a charge more.  I have the cord of the adapter that came with it, but I hate lugging around with me.  Is there any where that I would be able to buy a new or recycled a.  I know that this laptop is old, but I like it.  I noticed that I can always buy a cd of erecovery for it I'll do it soon.

• I/o - error 1117 cannot start laptop AS5732Z

  Hello

  My Aspire 5732z laptop does not start. I tried running the recovery discs (created when buying) but it tells me failed to restore (after disc 2 of 3) and error message indicates error 1117 IO error.

  Is there something else I can try please?

  It runs Windows 7.

  Any standard 2.5 "drive will suffice. Replacing a hard drive is surprisingly easy! There are many guides on Youtube, etc. If you are not sure, try a local PC repair shop - shouldn't be too expensive!

  I tried to format a DVD + RW using an Aspire 5732Z (Windows 7 64 bit) with the "quick format" check box unchecked.

  The progress bar moves pretty quickly and I get a "full Format" pop-up message after only a few seconds.

  I have an older 5734Z, I was dual-boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu Linux. Please don't ask why, but there are a few nights, I was extremely mad, and finally insert my live cd of Linux and the entire to FAT32 hard drive formatting, I mention this to show why I'm trying to reinstall.
