Audio iPhone 7 clicks with 3.5 mm adapter

Hey guys, this is my first day with the new iphone 7. I had the version 256 GB black with Telstra.

I just plugged my Bose QuietComfort headphones to the phone using the 3.5 mm provided with the phone adapter.

Even before playing any music, I could hear the constant clicks. They became strong taps on some songs of departure.

-L' noise cancellation has been disabled

-Switch on the noise cancelling does not have any effect, other than to remove background noise

I've already updated the ios to 10.0.1 another one, I'm out of options. I plugged the headphones to my mac, and it was no problem, so I'm fairly certain that the problem is not in the helmet. I also used the helmet shot of apple with the phone and once again no problem. The only thing I can think is so at this stage the 3.5 mm adapter. Wanted to just run into you guys and see if anyone can come up with a solution.

See you soon.

Hello

Just turn the plug 3.5 round a bit see if the noise stops, otherwise return to the apple store.

See you soon
