  • Error: "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office 2000 Professional.

How can I get rid of the message "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office 2000 Professional".  Apparently, the system does not find a valid source for this.  To my knowledge, I have not downloaded this software even though I must admit that it does not appear in my list of software.  I tried to remove the screws of the Panel control, but to no avail.

Thank you for your response.  I have now solved the problem by deleting the installation, using the cleanup utility.

However, I appreciate you trying to help me.

    Hi Baron Stewart,

    (1) since when are you facing this problem?

    (2) remember to make changes?

Method 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...)  Except the mouse and keyboard and then try to stop

If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

Method 2:  Select the boot and then check if the problem persists

Follow step 1 in the link below,
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

    Important:
n ' forget not to put the computer to a normal startup follow step 7 in the link.

Method 3: check the logs in Event Viewer for more information on this problem

    Open event viewer

What are the information in event logs? (Event Viewer)

  • Please wait while Windows configures your computer every time at startup

    Hi guys,.

I was recently infected by a virus, it has been removed and it corrupted the registry beyond repair, I backed up my files and re-installed my Windows Vista Ultimate 32 - bit edition, everything is all back and work, with the exception of this little problem...

Whenever I start my count, after the green bar loading screen, it is a black screen saying

"Please wait while Windows configures your computer...". »

It takes about 5 minutes, then continues to the desktop very well, it's just that I prefer there not to go to the black screen and take 5 minutes every time I start up.  I have installed all updates, including Service Pack 2 and still no joy. Anyone know what is this problem and how to fix it?

    Thank you

    Hello

    Method 1.
Let us run Disk Cleanup and then reregister the Windows Installer service and check.

    a. open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type and then disk cleanup in the list of results, click Disk Cleanup.
    b. in the drives list, click the drive you want to clean, and then click OK.
    (c) in the dialog box disk cleanup, on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the check boxes for the types of files that you want to remove, and then click OK.
    d. in the message that appears, click on delete files.

    Stage II.
Unregister Windows Installer and then reregister Windows Installer. To do this, follow these steps:
    a. in the menu 'Start', click on ' execute:.»
    b. in the "Open" box type "msiexec /unreg" and then press ENTER.
    c. on the menu 'Start', click 'run '.
    d. in the "Open" box type "msiexec/regserver" and then press ENTER.

    Method 2.
At startup, there is a request pending to be updated or installed. We can perform the boot minimum troubleshooting to find this application.

  • Product configuration... Please wait and then nothing!

    Hello

I had my HP LaserJet MFP M175 np 100 for nearly two years.  It has been implemented for almost the same two years without problem.  Recently, I tried to add two new laptops to wireless and the majority of wireless laptops connected started having problems printing.  In addition, all the IPAD is connected to the wireless printer could no longer find the AirPrinters printer.

So I tried to uninstall the driver of any PC laptop, so that I could start over completely.  Now I'm trying to place the main laptop on the connection and when I install the driver with the CD for the printer comes with, it goes through all the steps up to 'Install '.  When he arrives to install and has written to connect to the printer and the PC, I connect the laptop via USB, and then the login step 100%.  The next screen says "configuration...". Please wait "."   Then the meter never passes 15% and wrote the error message that appears: "unable to communicate lease to ensure that your PC and the product are connected via the USB cable and that the product is on and ready."

Many times I reinstalled the software I've never had this constant message.  I tried on another laptop and it still gave me the same message on that one.  Can someone help with this error message?

    Help, please!

    Thank you!

    Hi @ChristiC ,

I understand that you cannot set up the printer on the wireless again. I can help you today.

If the printer is in an error state, it will not be recognized on the computer.

    Power cycle the printer.

Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector) This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

Restore the default settings of the network printer.

    • Press the Setup button. (key)
    • Select the network configuration Menu.
    • Then select default settings.

Print a configuration report to ensure that the IP address is 0.0.0.0 and the SSID is disabled.

Go to the install button (key) on the printer, arrow to the reports on the right, select config report.

Check Device Manager to see if the USB printing support has been installed for the printer or with the name of the printer, under Bus USB controllers. How to make in the Windows Device Manager?

Let me know how the printer is listed, or if you have exclamation points.

If you have an exclamation point on the printer, right click and update the printer drivers.

If the pilot will not be updated or you have a composite USB or an unknown device, try and update the driver, if it will not, right-click and delete the entry.

If the printer is not listed, or would not be updated, unplug the USB cable and run the uninstaller from the CD.

I disable all the start up programs and temporarily disable the Antivirus software to see if there is a program to interfere in the background. How to use MSCONFIG. Click the Startup tab and click Disable all.

Then download, save and run the latest drivers. Drivers HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw.

    Test the printer.

Then you need to go back and enable startup programs and turn on the Antivirus software.

What operating system you use on computers? How to find the Windows Edition and the Version on your computer.

Please provide detailed results if you're still having problems.

    Good day!
    Thank you.

    Hi all

I am new to the solution of the UCS and tried recently updated the BIOS via the host update utility and MMIC. There were a few warnings version that prevented the upgrade, but I was able to update the firmware of the NETWORK adapter.

CIMC is at version 1.0.2 and BIOS at C200.1.4.1.0.071320110702.

I'm not sure how to read the version of the BIOS however.

When the server is turned on, there are 3 long beeps and it crashes to the configuration and memory test, please wait...

In any case, I am tired of the BIOS recovery procedure using the J1E5 jumper without success.

    If anyone has experienced this?

    Thank you in advance.

    Calvin.

Host upgrade utility is not supported until version 1.2.

This may have been the cause of some of your upgrade issues.

You run a BIOS of 1.4 to what I see. You will need to update your version MMIC for version 1.2 and the. Use the HUU to 1.4
