  I did a VI that calculates the average value of the wind rotor/speed-ratio in the sections of 30 degrees (wind direction). He also called the polar plot of calculated data. Everything works, but I would like to make more detailed calculations and drawings, by increasing the resolution to 1 degree, or...

  Problem is VI, I did, is not easy on a large scale. At the moment, I have 12 parallel structures of switch-box to calculate the average value and build the array function to collect data calculated for Polar plot to draw the image in real time. I know it's probably the worst way to do it, but since I have done a few things with LV, it was the only way I managed to do what I wanted.

  Now, if I continue in same way to reach my goal, I have to create 360 Parallels switch-case structures... that are crazy.

  Something like the calculation of the average of the table or matrix (zero/empty values should not be calculated on average) inside the loop or similar way would probably be the best solution.

  So, polar plot drawing is not a problem, but creating a reasonalbe average metering system is. Any ideas?

  I would also like to rotare northward to the top (0 deg), and degrees of increase in a clockwise direction on polar ground dial plate (as on the compass).

  Im trying to create a form of event where the datefield will only accept a date of a specific amount of dates to be fired.

  For example, something like this: If the date (today) is greater than the Monday of the 4th week of the month, (so for this month of February, it would be > 20th) then this month (would be nice if it also eliminated previous days that have already passed in the month) and next month is a available for select dates. Else (if less than the 4th week of the month, < 20 February) only this month (february) is a of dates that are available to be picked on.

  I was wondering how you can do this with a < cfinput type = "datefield > tag." I was able to come up with something, but don't know how to get out of here.

  I found this a difficult to express in the code requirement. I chose to do the simple way with cfselect. With cfselect, it is possible for the user to choose a date from a list including 2 consecutive months.

  There are dozens of free utilities that will do, and I think you may even be able to do with automator. Here is an example of a free utility (have not used it myself, caught the first of dozens that came when I googled). I think that Graphic Converter can also do (it can batch change all kinds of EXIF, so I guess that the timestamps are included)

  on the dashboard, there is a synthesis report that reflects the value according to the selected data from the command prompt. His work so far.
  
  Now below the customer wants a link that has the title of 'detailed report '. When they click the hyperlink, they want to see detailed but it show only the values selected in the command prompt.
  They claim as detail as there are more number of columns found in the report detail than the summary report following.
  
  Can we can suggest me how to achieve in 10g.

  I have my DateField has been fixed as follows:

  It is shown:

  I want to get the selected date of this area and I use getDate(); method that returns type of Long (1304485459386).

  How can I do to convert it to a string and 2011-05-04 show?

  I added a date picker to my report. and in the report source, I added a clause where clause to filter the report based on the selected date (which is one of the columns of the table), but it showed nothing.
  WHERE DATE =: P23_DATE
  
  When I remove the where clause appear all the records and when I return it... nothing there.

  You have data, it's good. You have isolated the problem to what seems to be the WHERE clause, all right. The WHERE clause is simple, good. So, it would seem DATE NOT =: P23_DATE corresponding to your query.

  Don't forget - or noted that if you didn't know these are page elements (always?, for most) strings. As Jeff intimates, if the DATE is a date, you get implicit date conversion in your WHERE clause. (BTW, isn't DAY a reserved word?) May I suggest trying "DATE = TO_DATE (: P23_DATE, 'the date format') ' make explicit a conversion?

  Also, I recommend that you run any question, you have a problem with in the APEX SQL command window. Then, you can see immediately what APEX has returned for your query. It helps my a lot of debugging.

• Question of the calendar date Picker

  For the last few days I am looking for a way to integrate a date picker in my php (developed with Dreamweaver CS5) page /Calendar (such as those that travel agencies have for example) which allows a user to enter a text entry field the date or if he or she chooses to click on a button that displays a calendar (if all goes well aligned on the text field) - the user must be able to Click on a given date: action that triggers the dissapearance of the calendar and the selected date to be included in the text field: this seems pretty basic - but for some reason I can't find a widget to something that works this way.

  Any help is appreciated.

  I have a form that begins to fill up with buttons, from different actions that users want to perform on the data on the page.  So I have a number of buttons in the model of the region, they can choose amongst...

  I'd like replace the buttons with a drop-down select list and a GO button, allowing to submit or call a dynamic action based on the criteria...

  Ive looked around but can't see any reference or model how to add an element to the position of the region...

  If anyone has any ideas on how this could be done, Id be grateful...  IM assuming that you would have to replace the area and somehow the position in the select list.

  I'm new here so sorry if this is in the wrong section/format

  I use two data sets Spry on XML to fill 2 drop-down lists with vehicle makes and the names of connected model (there are other fields but for the sake of clarity, I'll show only these 2). The XML generated dynamically by PHP/MySQL and works very well for creating records initially. The problem I have is when I want to edit my file and so pre-Selection data in the dropdown select box. The first area is simple and works very well but the second box updates only when the first is updated by using the 'onchange' and I can't update when loading. I can get it to update 'onclick' or other events, but I need to update the second area when the page is loaded. Any ideas? I don't know there is a simple solution that with myself, but I can't see it

  There will be other items displayed in columns more above what I just had create you above. I want the list of selection and the datePicker to show side by side on the same line, so I put the element selector to date on the same line in the same field as the selection list element.
  
  HOWEVER... the date picker eventually displayed in the selection list item (sort of), instead of next to it on the same line.

  I'm new to JDeveloper/JHeadstart platforms. I've been playing with some prototypes of pieces of a new application I want to build on this platform. I came across a problem that I think should probably have a really simple solution, but I don't have any character of chance what this solution, so maybe I'm wrong! ;)
  
  Here's what I'm trying to do. I have a main view which must show the links of two detail views. I have a group in my definition of the JHeadstart application reflecting the main group, and two groups of detail under this group corresponds to the detail view. Each of these groups of detail are also attributed to a group of retail area. Detail groups are set to be on the "same Page" as the main group, with 'Same Page Display Position' "under the Parent Group". I want to show or hide one or other of the Group detail regions based on the "Type" column of the line currently selected in the table for the main view.
  
  For example, if the line currently selected in the table of the main view a Type 'A' in the same row, so I want the table in the area of Group detail for detail has to be displayed. I need to write an EL expression in the 'Expression rendered' for region group in detail to compare the type on the line currently selected in the table for the main view type corresponding to this region.
  
  I tried at least 10-12 different expressions to try to achieve, but after all my attempts various, I really think I should be able to achieve this with one of the following expressions:
  #{bindings. MainViewTable.currentRow.Type eq 'A'} or
  #{bindings. MainViewIterator.currentRow.Type eq 'A'}
  
  I say that, in my view, that it should work because when I run the application using this expression, I get the exception:
  javax.faces.el.PropertyNotFoundException: error getting property 'Type' of bean of type testapp.model.views.MainViewRowImpl
  
  When I saw this, I thought "Bingo - I am something. I didn't have the MainViewRowImpl java file generated, so I generated by accessors, and now I can go look at the java file to MainViewRowImpl and see the accessor public getType(). However, after I rebuilt and re-directed the project, I still get the same error.
  
  
  Am I missing something easy here? It seems to me that I have this really shouldn't have too much difficulty by lifting a piece of data of the currently selected row in a table in an EL expression, but then, I don't know much about EL again!

  You can simply use #{bindings. MainViewType.inputValue eq 'A'}

  JHeadstart will generate a link attribute (MainViewType or something similar) that will always point to the value of the attribute in the current line.
