  Try a hard reset with your device powered on, remove the battery from your device, wait a few minutes and then put the battery back.

  Yes, it's quite simple really.

  Press the button of your BB (to the left of the trackball) and you will get the full menu. The icons in the top row are the ones you see on the home screen.   This use to work properly, so I have no idea of what I did.  I use to be able to hold my finger on the screen and get the pop-up menu, now nothing.  It still works if I hold the trackpad, but nothing when I hold my finger on the screen.

  Depends on how it comes across to your phone.  If you connect in the purpose - or similar - where to use as AIM... then it uses your data plan.

  If you have your GOAL set up as mobile on your PC computer, they appear as text messages and use the 200 text package you have.
