  I lost my phone.  Spare torch 9810 recover.  Before I had a media card I reinstalled BBY backup files, music and now want to spend as much, one or more applications and files to Media card.  Is the map for photos, music and videos?  Or can I selectively other things settle there?

  The media card is reserved for 'media'... as you say. Photos, videos, music, files/documents.

  You do not want to move your contacts to your SIM card, because the SIM card is designed to contain only a single name/one number and no email address, nothing else. Instead, make a backup of your old device using the BlackBerry Desktop Software and then restore this backup on your new device, if you had done a previous backup.

  Do you have BlackBerry Protect installed on the old device? If Yes, when you sign in to your BlackBerryID for the new device, you can use your BlackBerry Protect data to restore on the new device.

  HIII everybody... Since a few days what ever multimedia file arrives on my sound card be displayed in format of rem. I am able to use it on my bb, but whenever I try to the excess of my media card with my laptop, I cannot browse these files because they come from the real format which is unsatisfactory format in a laptop. I disable my encryption too but still... Any suggestion guys?

  With the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  "Quick Menu bar" - do you mean the Ribbon that appears in the middle of the screen when you press and hold the BBKey? If Yes, who is the App Switcher Ribbon and will display always all running applications, so it's basically context sensitive... If an application runs, it displays. There are 5 who will always show

  • Home screen
  • BBMessenger
  • Browser
  • Messages

  All others are applications you have open and not completely closed.

  I can't sync my torch media.  Desktop 6.0 keeps giving me the error: you must enable the device mass storage mode.   I went to options, device, storage and compatible USB Mass Storage.  However, Desktop does not give me the ability to activate Synch Media or display only the device can accept media.

  Finally realized that the peripheral loading USB storage driver for RIM was for 32-bit Windows version.  I have Windows7 64 bit.  Found the solution to manually update the driver here.

  See if it is hidden. From the main screen hold down your ALT key, then click on an icon and choose Show all. See if you see the icon of your media then. If you do just ALT + click on it and uncheck Hide

  Connect your device via USB cable and open the Desktop Manager. If the photos are in the device memory and then click Media to transfer to PC.

  If the media card is installed and photos are copy and the past as requires it.

  Turns out that ATT had me on their business plan and not the personal (with tethering the phone and the whole software Setup was weird - including the browser... that didn't go to page net media (don't ' don't ask me how).)

  Send them a maintenance book and now it works - oddly enough!

  Access the media app.  Open the menu and select "explore".  Then browse around and move the files from one place to another.

  I just changed the inclination of AT & T for the Curve 8330 on Verizon's network, and so far I'm in love. I'm having a problem however, the "Media" icon is missing and I can't seem to get it back.

  What I tried:

  -"OPTIONS - ADVANCED OPTIONS - HOST the TABLES of ROUTING CLICK on IT. "MENU KEY-SELECT REGISTER NOW" fix.

  -The 'Email SETTINGS - SERVICE - SEND SERVICE BOOKS' difficulty.

  -Soft Powercycle.

  All to nothing does not.  The media icon is still missing. Any ideas?

  Nevermind, I'm a * beep *. Apparently the media icon has been moved to the file 'Documents To Go', and I just had to bring it back up to the main screen.

  Well, simply mark the song/pic and clikc on features. That tells you where it is stored and how the file is great etc etc

  the media Application is part of the operating system and cannot be deleted. You have one, but it can be hidden in the home screen icons.
