  Hey guys!

  I use the new Basler Ace acA1300-30gc. I have installed the latest device drivers and Vision Builder 2009 (I have them on a seminar OR a week ago). When I opened the pylon Viewer camera works fine, but when I try to run the program in the Explorer of measurement and automation it is, but it does not display the image. I get this error:

  I believe the only reason why you get this error message (sorry, it is not more descriptive) is because the Pixel Format image you have selected is not implemented by IMAQdx. I think some of the Ace color cameras have a specific format of YUV color that are not supported. You should be able to move from a Bayer or another YUV format, save it in measurement and Automation Explorer and turned off the acquisition.

  Hmm never saw this error message during the installation of the webcam driver.
  Have you downloaded the package again and you uncompress it before installing?

  As far as I know the blue light can t be disabled and it will show if the webcam is used.
  If you use a Messenger you use the webcam too?

  Normally if you write only with one person in the blue Messenger is not light. On my Satellite L300, I also use ICQ, but I don't see the blue light that if I use the webcam.

  I just upgrade my Pavilion laptop computer Entertainment DV6130US for Windows 7 but, try as I can, I can't get USB 2.0 Camera to work.

  I've deleted at least 3 times and rebooted 3 times.

  4. What is the number of brand and model of the computer?

  Have you checked if this problem occurs on all the USB ports on your device?
  What you can do is to disable the allow the computer to turn ff this device to save power in the the USB hub device root. What you can find in Device Manager.

  I use the 'vision' for labview module; and try to snap a picture of the usb camera. I normally use "grab", the image is displayed; But what I need to photo, so I use 'fit', but there is just 'black screen' on the camera (usb logitech).
