  • BlackBerry Smartphones unable to receive emails

    Hello

I got my Blackberry Curve 8900 for 6 or 7 months without any problem since last night, I was unable to receive emails (apart from my t-mobile e-mail account), but I can send emails from all accounts. I deleted my accounts and configure them again and received the confirmation message that they are working, but still no emails coming. I tried to ring the support of T-Mobile (UK), but all I get is a message saying due to the large number of calls to the technical support they currently have to ring back later.

I also cut the phone, removed the battery etc but nothing works. Any suggestions?

  • BlackBerry Smartphones has stopped receiving e-mail messages

I have a Blackberry Curve 8300 and my ISP is earthlink.net. Everything works fine until today, when I stopped to receive e-mails on my Blackberry. I just checked, and I can send messages very well, of course, but do not receive them.

Hmmm... I suggest a number of things. First of all, a restart:

With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning.

If that fails, then try to send your service books:

  • BlackBerry Smartphones unable to receive text messages

    Hello

I have a Blackberry Curve 9380. A few days ago I received a call and the image of "voicemail" appeared in the bar at the top of my blackberry. I checked my voicemail, but the symbol has not disappeared. Since then, I got no message text. Text messages I send are pass, but aren't other people send me. Thinking of as my Inbox is full, I deleted a few conversations, without result. My phone is fundamentally new and I have not made the adjustments to it. I drew a picture to show what I mean:

I don't know if voicemail and SMS that the issues are linked. I went a week without noticing that text messages of others for me are not getting through, and I'm worried that I may have missed important messages. I plan to take my phone to the Bell store tomorrow but I would really appreciate it if someone here could help me!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones unable to receive Emails via outlook to work account

Hello, a couple of weeks, my employer gave me a password to activate my account for my Curve 8530 Outlook.  I could send and receive emails for about 3 days, and then I stopped suddenly receving emails.  Can I send email from my outlook address, my sent items appear and my Outlook calendar items appear on the calendar of the blackberry.  I get everything just not through the Inbox emails.  I have contacted my provider and my IT Department to work, but no one can understand why I don't get emails on the curve.  The usual bugs do not work.  Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Under Messages | Options you can go in e-mail filters and make sure that no filters are defined?

You can also go to Options | Advanced options | Maintenance book and remove the book Desktop [CMIME]. Then, go to Options | Security options | Information (or settings) and put in value the service bureau, press menu and select regenerate encryption key. See if you get a message saying "the key for the service has been updated. Then go to Options | Advanced options | Maintenance book and see if the book CMIME returns. If it is not hit the menu button and choose Undelete. Then try to see if you can receive an email.

Otherwise, your IT Department may try to send the directories of service on your device. Or have wipe you the device and try to turn it back on. Or wipe the device and they would remove and add your account to the BES and you have reactivated

  • BlackBerry Smartphones unable to receive emails from the BES to the smartphone

I'm having the same problem described in the overview of article KB11172and have tried all the solutions listed here, but nothing helps.  The strange thing is, I have 4 9630 s connected to my BES, 2 work well and 2 are not able to receive emails.  How could it be?  Something about handhelds?

    Please advise!

    Thanks for the help!

Yes, there is the exchange account and the account of Rogers on each device.

I solved since the question... it was a simple reboot of the BES.

    Thanks for the reply.

I am not yet able to create new e-mail accounts or modify the 'old'.

    Hello

Have you tried to reset your BBID password by following the steps above to Ko?

After the reset of password, you can use your BlackBerry browser and browse the www.blackberry.com/integrate to add / edit an e-mail message.

    Can you try that again.

  • BlackBerry smartphones not to receive e-mail automatically

I am a new user... BB has the same e-mail address as desktop. All office emails automatically to my BB. I want to stop this automatic function and IF I want the emails to go to the BB then I turn it on. I read another post on the redirect but could not follow the steps.

is it possible to simply check email when I want?

    Andy

Ahhh... now we have the heart of the matter! GMail and the persistent problems with synchronization. See this article on the many possibilities of synchronization of different messaging services.

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB05133&SLIC...

Two of my BIS accounts are Gmail so and, Yes, if you remove in the client PC that he remove it from the BB. Boring. But there are remedies...

To stop completely to receive emails, go to settings > e-mail settings. If your GMail account is listed, highlight (but do not click) it. If, instead, you have a log on screen, connect to BIS using the credentials you need and then highlight your GMail account. Now click on the snowflake at the bottom of the screen. See the bottom? "When no filter?" Set to do not transfer. Save everything and you will only receive emails. When you want to once again, this time again and assign messages before. With this method, you will receive messages on the BB that while you had cut her off.

GOLD - you can stop data inside the connection management services. As long as you don't need data to all services, this will stop the flow. But once you restart the flow, you will receive all messages remain on the server of GMail (I know not if you have your Outlook client, remove them from the server or not).

GOLD - you can use the client Add on Gmail for BB. By using the web browser of storm, go to GMail and there should be a 'get gmail faster' or such a link. Click on it and install the client. Launch the client and configure it to your Gmail account. This customer will maintain a full emails on GMail sync so that when you delete in Outlook, it will remove your BB. The only downside here is that, when you send a message with the help of this module, you cannot attach a file to your e-mail. But, you could leave the BIS duct in place (with no transfer for BB)... If you need send an attached file, use the conduit of BIS.

Note that, if you had BES, these responses would have been significantly different. If all goes well, one of these solutions will give you what you are looking for.

Edit - all solutions depend on your Outlook client... If it's leaving messages on the server forever, so they come to the BB no matter what you do...

  • BlackBerry Smartphones unable to validate e-mail

Help please.  I have a Curve 8520 and have tried to download new applications.  When I enter my password, I get the message "Unable to validate the e-mail address and password".  If I select "forgotten password" I get the message ' Blackberry has trouble connecting to... • BlackBerry smartphones can not receive e-mails from abroad? Help!

    Hello

I have a Blackberry 9700 on Orange, with the package/package of correct data and problems with receiving emails on this subject.

When I'm at home, the 9700 is connected to my home wi - fi network, and I get emails with no problems.

However, when I am away from home, for a reason I do not receive emails sent through my phone. I can confirm that I can access the internet on the Orange network away from home, but for some reason the emails do not come through.

My email account is with GoogleMail.

I took out this contract in January 2010, and initially, when I was away from home, the emails out to my phone.

However, in the last few weeks, I noticed that when I am away from home, I don't get e-mails, but as soon as I come home and the scope of my home network wi - fi, the emails come flooding through.

I checked the settings, and free wi - fi and mobile phone network are on and green.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Hiya!

Clear your registry BIS database is very well, otherwise you get no emails. So chances are its some type of problem, or a problem with your network.

I would try a traction battery on your device while you are away from home (or with disabled WiFi) and see if that gets it

  • BlackBerry Smartphones unable to reconcile e-mails through my verizon account

Hello everyone. Thanks for reading. I'm new to Blackberry and I'm in love.

My problem I encounter is that I cannot reconcile my emails on my verizon pop account

I have my Yahoo email account setup, so that once I delete an email it is able to remove my BB and vice versa.

However, I have the same exact settings for my verizon email, yet, it will not reconcile. Ideally, I would like to delete my messages from my Macbook/Inbox mailbox and then reconcile with the BB or just delete your handheld only without deleting the server. Be it it does not work on the verizon server that is disturbing to me because it works on the Yahoo Server. I have checked all my settings, downloaded books of service and reset without success.

I even tried to delete all my BB email configuration and reset It leads to an Inbox folder superfluous on my BB I can't delete (what is a post in its own right). The solution that I found which could resolve this does not help me because my Office Manager has not advanced to the back/restore settings

    http://blackberrystormfront.com/?p=687

Any thoughts are appreciated. It becomes a pain to have to delete the same email twice.

Well, I can say from experience that I had intermittent results on the reconciliation of the deleted items from the server to the BB with accounts pop sometimes, they seem to delete just fine. Other times, they take some time to remove the BB. Yet, other times they do never remove all the HH. I have not found anything coherent to tell me why... and reasons might be all over the map (POP, POP server web interface, BIS, BB, etc.). I found that, if a configuration is not removing elements of the HH as expected, delete and re-create the BIS conduit for this account helped.

I would like to have a better answer for you.

    Best.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones won't receive e-mail while I'm at the office

    Hi all

I am a new user of Bold 9700 for movistar (Spain). I've never had a BB before and after watching dozens of forums during the last 3 days, I didn't want a solution to my doubt.

I would like to receive emails from my corporate email account that it now works perfectly (via BIS and Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access) but only when I am out of the office. I would like to suspend receipt of e-mail while I'm at the office. Is this possible? Is this some sort of an option to simply turn on or turn off the emails?

Thank you vey much in advance.

    Hi urumilton,

It's true, I tried this option, but as soon as I turned on Data Services, the e-mails themselves. I just wanted to suspend the service. I know how to do it now. Telefónica movistar allows you to choose which of their portal of BIS (http://www.correo.movistar.net/). There is an option called "do not return the message to the device" under the directive "when no filter is applied" and it works.

Thank you very much for your help!
