BlackBerry Smartphones when you try to synchronize, it says: this device is not connected to the internet

IGet this error message: "the computer must be connected to the internet to set up initially sync settings. Make sure you are able to connect to the internet, and then try again. »

Computer is connected. Checked with for updates Desktop Manager and we are caught in the Web of Blackberry site. What should I do to make it work now?
