  You can try reinstalling the RAM.

  Remove the ram and then reinsert it.

  Also do a hard reset.
  Turn off the computer.
  Remove the power cable and battery.
  Hold down the power button for 15 sec while booth energy sources are deleted.

  Well, I gave up trying to solve the MB. Instead, I just bought a new MB of Ebay, it costs $72 but was worth it.   the hardware maintenance manual(pdf p. 52), the beep code means that you may be a problem either with your motherboard, display or memory. I suggest deleting and reinstalling your memory, (pdf p. 78 or look here), and if the problem continues to run memtest86 to check your memory. Let him at least 3 complete passes.
