  1.) sure that the host address discovery on Mac OS X or Cisco NAC agent pointing the domain FULL of Cisco ISE name. (Right-click on the icon of the NAC agent,

  Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. Startup programs do not work in safe mode, and only the basic drivers needed to start Windows are installed.

  a: turn on your PC

  c: Logon as per normal

  PPTP uses GRE packets. Ask them if they are blocking GRE, also ask if they block ESP and AH (types of IPSec packets, you can switch to IPSec if you determine that ISPS for your end-users block GRE to try to shake down to rates for dsl/cable "class business".)
